So far I think they’re amazing. Very simplistic yet lasting. I love that they’re affordable and there’s such a large variety. The kits come with everything you need along with great instructions! The colors are amazing and I already have 5 more sets in my cart LOL. I’m obsessed. Due to health issues, I have very thin and brittle nails and this has adhered to them with such ease unlike polygel, gel polish, and reg polish. This saves me money and legit physical pain from getting my nails done at the shop (the drilling and buffing often hurt & for days after my finger tips are extremely sore). This makes it hard as I have two kids and use my hands often. I’m also pregnant and will pop within the next month and it feels amazing to know that I won’t scratch the new baby with fake acrylics and that I can still feel beautiful! I truly feel that my real nails will be able to grow more as well seeing that it creates a thicker, harder barrier on them so they’re not breaking as easily. I’m saving money in the long run and it’s honestly a very quick process. I’m not the greatest YET but I still like the results, which is so crazy to me, as there’s times after leaving the salon and the professionals, that I’m still not pleased. Def would rate this a 5/5! And of course will be buying until I have all the sets LOL.The powder is fine/thin and isn't clumped up. The colors are vibrant! I do have some chipping ,HOWEVER, I didn’t do enough youtube research prior and I was doing it beside my two year old in a rush so I def missed some tips that make them look better and not chip so it is not the products fault whatsoever. Just user error really and I know I will het better over time. It truly is fast drying which is amazing, esp for me being a busy mama but also doesn’t wanna be up super late losing sleep. I love that it has the brush saver/cleanser as it def helps esp when working with the glittery dips. I have not had to remove them yet so I can update later on that, but after watching many videos, I’ve learned there a several ways to do so that will not damage your nails. Along with other tips to help not only your set last longer, but to ensure your nails stay healthy. Dip powder is very versatile and I look forward to learning more, creating beautiful designs, growing longer/healthier nails, and just saving money’ YAY FOR GH DIP!!Sidenote: there’s a whole fb group for GH Dip and it’s an amazing community of individuals who share nails designs as well as TIPS/advice which is very much appreciated and needed as a beginner. Along with questions and so forth. Which had I known about it PRIOR to the set I did, would’ve definitely helped as well seeing that it’s not just a YouTube video about general dip powders but from real people with real experiences with this actual brand.

This review is for the glitter starter kit. Not the chunky glitter, just the glitter. Pictured is the black and the purple powders. My accent nail has stickers from another product.I am not a nail technician, and certainly not an expert, but I think these powders rock! A couple of years ago I had purchased a popular drugstore brand dip powder set. I could never get it to look right for a manicure, but I have used it several times as protection for a glued cracked nail, and then used regular nail polish over it. So I have a tiny bit of experience with dipping powder. But this stuff is night and day!!!!This is my *first* manicure with the kit. I also used the GHdip brand base, activator, etc kit which I bought separately. Again, I only have experience with one other brand but the liquids went on *so* smoothly, and the process was so easy! Not having to use activator between each dip was a game changer, I think. And yes! It does dry extremely quickly!! This mani was done four days ago and I don’t see any signs of chipping, scratching, lifting… nothing bad!!! I am so stoked with this stuff!!!! I was actually even in a bit of a hurry when I did this, and I am really impressed at how easy it was to make it look pretty good😁. I watched the GH Tutorials, and I think that helped a lot. I also have an e-file, which makes the process much easier IMHO.And the amount of product you get is so generous!!!I would, and will, buy it again. I highly recommend it😁The only thing I would point out is that I messed up the topcoat on the edge of one of my nails. I tried to get away with just putting one more coat of topcoat on top of that spot, but it ended up being matte. If that happens again I would just do the whole nail over with two more coats of topcoat. But that was user error.Also, a request to the company. It would be so great if I could buy these powders individually! I understand that with packaging and shipping that might not be cost-effective. But even if buyers could customize a set of 4, 5, or 6. Choose the colors they would like to have in a kit, that would be wonderful! I’m sure I would buy a couple of kits if I could customize them. I would like to have more colors, but I am reluctant to do so because for me personally there’s only one or two colors in the available kits that I would ever use. And I don’t want to be wasteful, either monetarily or environmentally, you know? Anyway, something to think about. Thank you!

I have been on the fence about trying to do my own dip nails. I finally decided to give it a try and started looking on Amazon for products. I stumbled across the GH Dip products after I had already placed an order for other products. After reading their description I ordered this instead and cancelled my other order. I’m so glad I did! I received my powder kit and was immediately impressed with how well it was packaged for shipping. The packaging is high quality and I love that it’s boxed in a sturdy plastic type material that will not fall apart if you choose to store the powders in the original packaging.The powder pots are great, they look very high end and just like the products you see at the nail salon. I also ordered the glue and it was packaged similarly. As for use, I have to say I was really happy with how my nails turned out. The instruction card was easy to follow and my nails turned out amazing! I did purchase the GH Dip accessory set as well and would recommend that to anyone trying dip nails for the first time. It came with all the tools you need to achieve a professional look. There is a bit of a learning curve but don’t get discouraged!My nails came out very smooth and shiny. Make sure read the instructions fully before starting and after applying your last layer of powder, file file file and buff buff buff. This will make the top coat go on smoothly and give a glass like finish. Overall I’m super happy with these powders and will be sticking to this brand. The color selection is awesome and if your on the fence about trying dip nails, this natural collection of colors is a great way to start!!!
