Starfavor Boom Cymbal Stand Double Braced Legs Adjustable Height 22"-49", Heavy Weight Stand for Sturdiness with Non-Slip Rubber Feet ( ST 800)

Bought this stand kinda on a whim, (Amazon target ad), while looking for drum parts, as I wanted another cymbal stand for my practice kit. Great value for price. Materials, finish and workmanship are very good, and no gaudy logo making it look like the odd duck. Solid, stabile and easy to set up. Nice extras are the memory lock, and that the boom can store inside the tubing and function cleanly as a straight stand, adding to its value. Existing stands are Pearl, and are solid as well, if not as pretty. Then again, it hasn’t seen 25+ years of punishment like the Pearls, so I can’t comment on how well it will stand up (pun unintended) to repeated set ups, tear downs, and life moving around in a trap case, but given the solid construction, I expect it to do very well. Would definitely buy again.

These are just as good as the regular stands, not to heavy or bulky and fits my needs perfectly. I purchased 2 of these.

Was in a pinch at church and bought this, came in two days, and was able to worship Jesus, without the symbol falling in my face on Sunday morning!

I use it for the 18" on my practice shed kit and it works just fine but you get what you pay for. I wouldn't say it's flimsy but it's definitely not what I would call rugged. I'd buy it again for the same purpose.

Very Sturdy, worth the price

No matter how hard you hit the crash or the cymbal, this tripod holds it very well. Great quality. Sturdy.

My kid keeps adding cymbals to his drum kit. These stands seem good and sturdy.

As far as the floor goes, these things don’t move. Very sturdy in that regard. However, no matter how much you tighten the middle part of the stand, the cymbal arm rotates left and right. I’ve tightened it, loosened it, and retightened…. Doesn’t matter. It’s a shame, otherwise they would be great

Love it. For the price, this is the best heavy duty, well-built boom stand I’ve ever bought. Will be replacing a few others with it as well. Five Stars.
