- To rehydrate- Immerse in drinking water for 10 to 15 minutes. Shake away excess water to get fresh cheese. Or take required quantity in a Ziplock bag, fill the bag with drinking water and close the zip and massage with palm for some time and then open one corner of the bag and drain away excess water. Fresh Cheese is ready. To use it later store in the refrigerator
