I've paid more money for office chairs that were supposedly more comfortable, but this chair is much better than all my previous office chairs

With the wheels I am constantly scooting forward if you get to close to the edge it falls out from under you! I have not had this problem before with the 3 other desk chairs I have had. Also the foot rest doesn’t work it makes you feel like the chair is tilting forward and is not comfortable to use!

Could be more comfortable, but a pretty damn decent chair.

Easy to put together and vibrating part does wonders for my fiance who is about 5.3' , only part is if you're long the footrest might be too short. Works for who I bought it for though!!

To be honest (as that is the point of these). There were a couple of issues, in the end powerstone did make the situation right. It was a gift and the one I got it for loves the chair. How firm it is, how far he can recline, adjustable armrests, adjustable cushions, and the message lumbar pillow/cushion is exactly what was needed. Assembly was not an issue at all. An obsessive compulsive guy had it together in under 30 min. Now maybe he will spend his weekends in the office and we will not see him, lol.

This chair is very very comfortable. I have a bad back and my old office chair was coming apart at the seams so I got this as a replacement. The neck pillow is nice. The vibrating lower back pillow is also nice. It is powered via USB, so I can plug it right in to my computer. The footrest is more of a calfrest but it is also comfortable. Highly recommend.Update:The vibrating lower back pillow stopped working after a few months. And I'm wishing the footrest went out long enough to actually put my feet on it.

Well as stated above the chair showed up in perfect condition minus a few scratches here and there but nothing too serious. Honestly, I was quite surprised that the chair showed up at my door step a few days earlier than expected which to me that's a plus, and on top of that everything included in the chair was inside with nothing missing. It's pretty comfy, holds my weight pretty well (though sometimes if you lean too far back you might fall lol but it's not meant to be a bed), & EASY to put together + great for long gaming sessions. I definitely recommend this product to anyone looking for a good chair for gaming or whatever in general (my personal opinion so others will vary on their taste).

It's a perfectly fine chair and I enjoy the features especially the foot rest but in one year the seats starting to rip and the party to adjust height occasionally just randomly starts lowering the chair.I got this January of 2022. Seems like a short life span.

Used the chair less than one week before the base support failed. I've contacted the seller for a potential replacement but for the amount paid expected more than a week of use.
