Great
Been in OT for my left hand for a few months and wanted to get some of the stuff they have to use at home. I LOVE this egg. I travel with it and use it on both hands now. You can do lots of different exercises/massages with it and the texture is interesting enough to fiddle with even when I'm not specifically doing OT.

Good texture and firmness, but small
I have really big hands, and this is too small for a full grip squeeze, unfortunately. I use it for 1 or 2 fingers at a time. It is the same diameter as a large egg, just longer. Other than the size, it is quite perfect. I got the blue which is firm enough to use for 1 or 2 finger pressing. Great to keep my hands occupied while on Zoom calls.

Perfect for arthritis of hands
I have awful arthritis -- everywhere, actually -- but my hands get so sore! The Eggsercizer is wonderful for working out the pain. When I use it, my arthritic pain gradually goes away and my hands feel so much better. I used to use a balloon filled with sand but it was always breaking and leaking. This is perfect!

The best hand therapy device ever used by this physician
The best hand exerciser that I have found. And I've been a occupational medicine physician for 25 years. I was injured in Iraq, had to retire and give up my practice, and use these for my own therapy.
