Beautifully made little kit!No instructions, but it is fairly apparent how the model goes together. All pieces somewhat "snap" together, and it is well molded. Took maybe 10 minutes to put together while toying with the pieces.Excellent model for the price!

Outland models makes nice, inexpensive scale models. They work well if you need more buildings or more modern buildings, as most N scale buildings I've found are more mid-century small-town.I have seen model railroading folks say that these work better for background/filler buildings because they're rather simple and not as detailed, but I think they'll work great for large-scale dioramas.Personally, I'm using this and other Outland models for a display of 1/144 model kits.Pros:- Inexpensive; Most N-scale Outland models are under $10 (minus shipping)- looks good; Will need painting, but that's true of most all models- Modern; Office buildings for your scale city-scapeCons:- Long shipping time; models are made on-demand in China, so there isn't a large stock sitting in a US warehouse. The trade-off for the price tag- Bare-bones; No instructions or decals. You're getting bare plastic, but for the most part, you don't need instructions.
