Bought this little wooden grocery store for my 5 year old for Xmas this year and omg it's honestly the best money I've ever spent!The assembly was pretty easy& instructions were clear, but some parts may be easier with 2 people. Just a reminder, The store only comes with the wax fruits and vegetables you see up front from my video. 4 peppers, 4 eggplants, 4 tomatoes, 4 apples, 4 oranges & 4 bananas. The rest of the foods plus the basket and cart i bought separately. It comes with one cloth shopping bag that hangs on the side of the store by a couple of knobs which the instructions actually weren't clear about where the knobs go and what they were for but we figured it out eventually.It's got a working, crank style Conveyer belt, a chalk board sign you can write on, Credit card Machine, cash register that opens with little wooden coins inside + scanner. There are no sounds. The construction of this store is super solid & durable. All hardware is included, however, I highly suggest using a regular sized Philips screw driver To assemble, because the little tiny one they give you is cheap and way too tiny to be efficient. That definitely sped up the assembly for us!My only complaint on this whole thing was that the cash register doesn't really have a clear place to be kept so it's really about what your preference is. however, keeping it on the counter top without sliding off is tricky bc it doesn't stay put, it just slides around. So we used 4 long strips of 3-m double sided tape to secure it down on the counter top- which was SUPER effective! Highly suggest doing this!My 5 year old is pretty average sized and this little store was absolutely the perfect fit for him! He loves it so much and so do I!!

Really Nice play store. Good value for the money (compared to Melissa and Doug). It is a bit shorter than we thought but will still be a good size for our 4 year old (and 1.5 year old)! We bought it for Christmas so the kids haven’t gotten it yet! Overall a good deal for the price and appears sturdy. We did purchase a different cash register that “works/scans” so it’s more fun because this is wooden . The conveyer belt works so well and is darling ! Comes with lots of nice food products and a shopping bag.It gets 5 stars for the product ….and 3 stars for assembly.Ok …assembly…after reading reviews we set aside an entire evening . It took my husband Approx 1 hour to lay out all the pieces and figure out what they were . Only 1/2 of the pieces are marked so you can kind of go off of those to match to the unmarked ones. I recommend grouping them out in alphabetical order because that’s how the directions are written (ex A1, A2, B1 Etc) . Once it was sorted, it took about 1 1/2 hours to assemble with both of us working on it . You really need two people to hold the pieces and the other to use the power tool. The directions are in black and white and it doesn’t give very much detail on how to connect pieces. We used the pictures from Amazon and review pictures mostly to piece it together (I added more pics to this review). …!Once we got going it went together pretty “easily” with only a few things we had to undo and change . If you like puzzles , you’ll enjoy it lol. Just grab a drink and you’ll be fine .Overall , well worth a little effort!!!Hope this is helpful .

It's a super cute grocery store with a good amount of storage for more food items. The colors are great and not obnoxious. It was kind of a pain to put together and it was missing a screw for one of the grocery bag hooks. I read other reviews on the functionality of the register and how others ended up buying a different one that made noise. Well, I ended up doing that as well. The register is cute but the only thing that's kind of interactive is that the number keys can be pushed down. The scanner string is super short and the keypad for the credit card reader could have a bit more detail. Overall my daughter loves it and that's all that matters but I did get a different register that actually calculates with more sounds and realistic money.

I am giving this item 5 stars for several reasons, the most important being the play value for the cost. This was given as a gift to a household with 2 toddler aged children ranging 3-5 and both enjoy playing with it together and/or separately. It comes with a lot of play food items so it can be fully stocked and ready to play with once it's assembled. I see other reviews noting the assembly had challenges but that was not our experience - it was fairly easy to put together and everything fit smoothly. The size is also great for play areas that don't have a lot of space - it can sit nicely against a wall or in a corner with room to play "behind the counter" still. If you're on the fence, hope this review helps. We think it's great for the price!

Could not be any more adorable! We bought it for our 2yo (going on 5yo) nephew for Christmas. He LOVED it! We all did! So fun! It is an appropriate size for a young child, which also makes it more space efficient. My husband put it together with no issues and all parts/pieces were included (that was a pleasant surprise. The last two toys I purchased were missing parts). The included toy produce is actually great quality! It isn’t that dollar store plastic that dents and crumples under the slightest touch, it has almost a light rubber-like texture to it and doesn’t feel as cheap. We purchased a different toy cash register to go along with it, because I thought he would enjoy one with sound effects and more realistic toy money, but truthfully, the included wooden register, coins, card reader and scanner are so cute and great quality!I’m going to purchase the other version of this for my niece for her 2nd birthday, because I am just beyond thrilled with this brand!Kiddos outgrow toys so fast, we shouldn’t have to spend a fortune on them. Not only is this darling and great quality but the best part, it is reasonably priced! (I purchased on Prime Day, fyi)Don’t hesitate!
