We had the sink shipped over to the UK and used it now for a little bit than over a month. Cleaning is really easy and we really like the depth of the sink. We can really recommend this product now.

Product was excellent just what we wanted, however, there was a mark on the sink which required us to return the item for replacement or refund. The return process was seemless.

We had a Blanco sink put in our new kitchen three years ago. On one side the finish has come off completely and it's really rough and keeps staining. We've adhered to recommended products for cleaning. We've contacted Blanco numerous times and they just say they haven't received our emails, but then in a phone conversation told us we had to go through our supplier. Guess what - they don't seem to be receiving his emails either. The customer services stink even more than the sink!An update to this. When we did finally get through to the rep for our area, it was a different kettle of fish. He was REALLY good and came out to see the sink. It turns out we've been much too careful with it and it's much tougher than we realised. We should have been scouring it out regularly and have been too gentle, so there's been a build up of limescale etc. that made it rough! He had a really good go with a scotch pad and cream cleaner, so will continue to do that, and he also gave us sachets of stuff to use in it to take off the limescale (we do have a water softener but there's obviously still some limescale). But we are delighted that it won't need replacing, with the worry it would have happened again! So I'm now changing one star to 5 stars for these sinks.This is an update to my first update that was done in March 2016. We've now found out that what the rep for Blanco told us is wrong! We went through all the performance of scrubbing etc. that he told us to do and it's got worse and worse and an expert has now been to look at it and told us that it's faulty. It's actually PITTED. If it had been limescale it would have been a white haze. We had black 'spots' from pitting. So here we are five months later, STILL having it out with Blanco who offered 60% off the recommended retail price for a new sink with us paying the cost of taking out the faulty one and getting a new one put in. The thought of having to pay out for another Blanco sink is sickening so we're asking our kitchen man to do everything he can to find us a sink from another company that will fit the hole. If anyone is thinking of getting a silgranite sink, I'd read all the reviews very careful.

I have used one of these sinks for nearly 5 years and it is excellent. It never marks and always looks clean and like new. Would recommend this product.
