THIS PRODUCT IS AMAZING & IT WORKS!! HELPS SINUS INFECTIONS, POST-NASAL DRIP, SINUS HEADACHES, AND SEASONAL ALLERGIES!!
I had absolutely no idea this wonderful product existed until I got a really bad case of the flu this past March. I had a severe sinus infection along with post nasal dripping that was constantly draining into my throat, which caused me to have bronchitis. Not to mention constant sinus pressure in my forehead all day long to where my poor body just couldn't rest. I went to see a primary care physician two different times and I had to take two different antibiotics to clear up the yellow mucus I was having to constantly spit up. I even irrigated my nose with Nasaline and the salt, which kind of helped. But it did dry out my nasal passages even more. I suffer from a nasal trauma called ENS/Empty Nose Syndrome. An ENT doctor I had trusted about 12 years ago said I would breathe better and have less sinus infections if he reduced my inferior turbinates, which is your nose's first line of defense against anything you inhale and it's a vital organ that moisturizes the air that goes into your lungs. The tubinates also provide moisture in your nose and keep the mucus flowing in the proper direction. I started taking vitamins in my late 20's and even more now into my 30's. Because I take really good quality vitamins for a variety of things, I like to sometimes get them on amazon. While I was searching for a vitamin that I normally take, I accidentally discovered Sinus & Seasonal/LES Labs. While I was still lying in bed sick, I read all the reviews, which were extremely helpful as always, which is why I love amazon so much!!! All the excellent reviews I had read is what persuaded me to immediately purchase this product. My only recommendation is that if you are a sinus sufferer like myself to stay away from milk or dairy as much as possible or at least in moderate use. But definitely drink lots of water on a daily basis, especially while taking this supplement. It really does work and I have found it to be very gentle on my poor nose. I only take one capsule a day and that's good for me, but I suggest try taking one capsule for a few days and see if you need to take two. Everyone is different, so it just depends on the individual. I will definitely be a loyal customer to Sinus & Seasonal/LES Labs. I am so extremely grateful for this product!! Thank you so much LES Labs for your Sinus & Seasonal supplement has helped me heal after the antibiotics I took. Just a great addition towards keeping my sinuses healthy!!

4-in-1 Natural Relief
I should preempt my review by saying that I am not a doctor, and you should consult consider consulting with one before taking any supplement. With that said, I pay close attention to what I consume/put in my body and felt confident with the LES Sinus & Nasal Health, Seasonal Discomfort and Histamine Control Supplement.I am fortunate enough not to have severe allergies, but this spring was rough in terms of pollen + I was doing some projects in the house that kicked up a lot of dust and indoor allergens. I developed a pretty persistent nasal drip, combined with frequent sneezing and night-time stuffiness. Whenever possible I prefer natural solutions over things I can't pronounce (i.e. the active ingredient in pretty much anything prescription). This is what I found when searching for natural sinus relief:Nettle Root: "Stinging nettle contains ingredients that might decrease inflammation..." "The above-ground parts are also used for allergies, hayfever, and osteoarthritis." Source: WebMD. Note: "Stinging nettle is used for many conditions, but so far, there isn’t enough scientific evidence to determine whether or not it is effective for any of them.""Quercetin is a plant pigment (flavonoid). It is found in many plants and foods, such as red wine, onions, green tea, apples, berries, Ginkgo biloba, St. John's wort, American elder, and others. Buckwheat tea has a large amount of quercetin." "Quercetinhas antioxidant and anti-inflammatory effects which might help reduce prostate inflammation." Source: WebMD"Bromelain is an enzyme found in pineapple juice and in the pineapple stem. People use it for medicine." "Bromelain is used for reducing swelling (inflammation), especially of the nose and sinuses, after surgery or injury. It is also used for hay fever..." "Bromelain seems to cause the body to produce substances that fight pain and swelling (inflammation). Bromelain also contains chemicals that interfere with the growth of tumor cells and slow blood clotting." Source: WebMD"Butterbur is an herb. People use the leaf, root, and bulb to make medicine. Some butterbur preparations contain chemicals called pyrrolizidine alkaloids (PAs), which can damage the liver and cause other serious harm. Only butterbur products that are certified and labeled “PA-free” should be used." "Butterbur contains chemicals that might relieve spasms and decrease swelling (inflammation)." Source: WebMD.With those 4 products in mind, I was delighted to find the PA free LES Sinus and Allergy product. Win! The pills are small and easy to swallow. They are "gel caps" so if you have trouble with pills I guess you could open them and poor them into a drink or over food. The bottle recommends taking 1 pill 2-3 times a day. I took 1 pill morning and evening for about 2 weeks and then cut back to 1 pill. It seems you need to allow some time for the ingredients to accumulate in your system. I noticed no IMMEDIATE relief, but stuck with it and after about 2 weeks things were materially better. I also noticed that after two weeks I was able to drop down to 1 pill a day to maintain the benefit. If I stopped taking the pill for a day or 2 my symptoms would worsen somewhat. It's not a wonder drug but the best part is that it is not a drug. I very much recommend this natural ingredient allergy symptom relief,
