What is the difference between the sua2000i and sc2000i?

SC2000i has its engine made from Yamaha, SUA2000i has the engine built from less known Senci(but as reliable)

how does it parallel if there is no parallel kit needed?

to shucks98 Because even though you can plug a 30 amp rv plug into it doesn't make it a 30 amp generator. It supplies about 15 amps at most. Your AC unit must require more than 1600 watts continuous or requires much more than 2,000 watts to start it. This is why many people with say a 12,000 BTU AC unit and certainly if they want to run a microwave at same time get two generators similar to this and hook up in parallel. Or many just get a 3,000 watt generator but that is usually 100 pounds or more which is one reason people get 2 2,000 watt generators instead since they can lift the components separately.

Will this unit run a 1500 watt heater?

Yes it will, I tried it today and ran a lasko rotating heater (1500w) for 15 min without the overload light even blinking once. I even had an iPhone plugged in at the same time!
