I will always love Liquid I.V! I use the normal hydration on a daily basis but i switched to these when i started feeling under the weather and within a day i started feeling better. taste is great and isn't too strong. dissolves easily even in cold water.

I dont drink that much water during the day so that keeps me well hydrated and you only got to drink it once a day. Tastes good. Has lots of electrolytes.

I've tried various flavors of their products, but can't stand the artificial sweetener in many of them. This version skips some of those and has a pleasant taste as a result. I will note that the only artificial sweetener flavor I like is their White Peach. I will note that I mix these around 1/2 the recommended ratio, unless I've been especially active.

Usually, I'd drive to my local Costco and get these. Because the Costco size has 30 individual on the go packets inside the resealable bag. Unfortunately, I was informed that it's an inactive item so they don't have it in the warehouse nor on their merchant order. I checked every Costco warehouse in Utah on their website and this particular product is nowhere. Sad day. Thankfully, I found these on here. They are a bit expensive considering the amount I'm getting, so definitely set aside some extra money. I literally cannot go a day without putting these delicious packets into my 40 oz. Owala bottle. Because of my nationality, my immune system is weak/compromised by default and I get sick frequently. These are not only delicious (it's a perfectly balanced sweet tangy treat I'm drinking... not too tart or sickly sugary), it helps me feel better, more hydrated since I don't have enough room in my tiny stomach for 6-8 glasses of regular water. For those of you who are saying that this product is overly sweet, don't add this to 16 oz of water like it says on the bag. Instead, add the I.V. powder to 40 oz of regular water. Trust me, the taste and flavor are perfectly balanced.

Liquid I.V. Hydration is an excellent rehydration product for use when in the outback or bush. I use this product all the time for field trips in remote areas. I can highly recommend it.
