Medium is 32-34 waist. But medium is right for men with smaller waists. 29-31. Small is for skinny teenagers.

Good quality but with a few issues

Underwear is pretty good quality. Been wearing for 20 years. Soft and breathable and fits in the right places. Only downside is that elastic seams tend to wear out pretty quickly and some pairs get holes in the crotch area at about the same time.

FRONT POUCH IS NOT AT ALL DOUBLE LINED AS DESCRIBED

Jockey use to make the pouch on their briefs double lined but they stopped. When I saw the description I thought this is the very product I purchased that I thought they stopped making and so I placed an order. Although an overall good product for the price the detailed and exact description on the front pouch being double lined is very grossly deceptive and should be corrected because the front is no more double lined than any other part of the underwear. I was “DOUBLE CROSSED”.
