Green Stem Peppermint CBD Oil 3000mg

I have been using Green Stem 3000mg for over a year now. I take anti-depressants and high dose pain killers and nerve suppressants, but due to anxiety, I have problems sleeping. Using this CBD oil 2 hours before bedtime definitely helps. I had a gap of nearly a month without using it and my sleep issues came back, and after going back on it, sleep problems have reduced.I also suffer with chronic pain, and although this doesn't necessarily help directly with the pain, this helps me relax. I started on the 1000mg but didn't find it worked so I upped it to 3000mg. It isn't cheap, and I manage to get these bottles to last nearly 2 months because I try not to use it on weekends.

Started taking this because of spiralling anxiety and I have found it helpful although unfortunately it doesn't help me to sleep at night. I discussed with Dr if I needed to stop taking it when I recently started a new antidepressant but in my case at least that was not necessary, although of course it's up to individuals to to discuss with their own drs regarding their own individual situation and medication.

I bought this for anxiety and general seasonal depression. Im reviewing this after a month so I think it did work. I took 33mg-60mg a day and I felt a lot less stressed out during the day. It’s one of those things that you’re not sure works while you’re using it, but when you don’t have it it becomes evident that it did work if that makes sense. For the price it’s definitely pretty good for isolate CBD. If you’re looking for this to have a real effect, something similar to full spectrum, buy a larger dose and work your way up as it’s an isolate so you’ll need a lot more than you would a full spectrum CBD oil dose. I bought the 1000mg but I’ll likely buy the 6000mg next time.

After a series of personal incidents I decided to give CBD a go to help calm me down and de-stress in life generally.I have waited over a month to give a review so that I can wait to give honest review.I have noticed a massive difference in my temperament since using CBD, it really takes the edge of the stress and helps me evaluate a situation rather than blowing up and losing my temper. It’s also chilled me out enough that the small things don’t irritate as much. Don’t get me wrong, I still get annoyed etc just I can handle it a lot better when it occurs.I was originally taking twice a day but now only the once and I haven’t noticed any difference.Overall I’m glad I found this and it’s helping me deal with the stresses in a more acceptable way.

I believe this takes the edge off, not tried other flavours only mint, which is a good flavour.

This is the best CBD oil I've ever tried.Granted, this is a strong dose (3000mg), but it does the job. It calms my nerves, and helps me sleep. Also, we recently got a rowing machine and if I ever overdo it slightly, this CBD oil seems to take the edge off the muscle aches which is nice.It doesn't cause indigestion, and it tastes absolutely lovely. It's peppermint primarily, but there's a hint of spearmint in there, too - it tastes like icy, fresh, winter mornings... just delightful.The bottle comes with a batch number which you can check against the Green Stem website. Oddly, ordering it from Amazon is about £25 cheaper than ordering it directly from Green Stem - I wondered if it might be a knock-off product, but I checked the batch number when it arrived and the certificate came up - it's definitely legit.I've been sent a boat tonne of CBD stuff through the Vine programme, but I'll actually purchase this one regularly - it's worth paying for, especially at the Amazon price.Highly, highly, highly recommended!

Have been buying CBD oil for my mother who suffers from IBS Chrones Colitis, COPD and osteoarthritis. Since taking this oil 3 times a day for the last 2 months she can now walk up stairs which she could not do 6 months ago, her breathing has become a lot better and she does not need her nebulizer as much as she used to and her IBS has also improved, mornings were the worst having to visit bathroom at least 5 or 6 times before 11am on average, double during a flare up however this now reduced to a couple of times only. As each week goes by her health is getting much better and she can perform gentle exercise and even vaccum the carpet, something she has not been able to do for several years.....can't recommend this stuff enough.
