Soap bar stays in place. Soap bar stays a bar (instead of becoming a gooshy mess). And the “dish” is super duper easy to clean. I keep the dish right by the edge of the sink for water drainage.It’s too bad they don’t have additional (non-pastel) color choices. C’est la vie.

These soap dishes work very well for preventing the soap from melting. They are bendable and flexible and easy to clean. They are designed with one end lower than the other with little slits at the other end to allow water to drain off so the soap does not melt. There are some downsides, however. When water gets underneath the soap dish, the whole thing become slippery and slides off the sink, depending on the type of sink. On my yellow sink, there is more of a slant to the sink, so the dish slides down frequently. On my blue sink, there is more of a trough to keep the dish in place, so it does not slide down as much. Sometimes, the soap is so slippery that it also slides off. The third picture of the pink dish is of the back of the soap dish. Overall it is a great design to prevent melting of the soap. However, a better design on the bottom to prevent the whole dish from sliding would be very helpful, especially when there are kids involved who don't take their time to keep water from getting under or around the soap dish. It works for solving my initial problem though, and now my soap doesn't melt away. The soap dishes work best on sinks with more of a trough to them than a slant.

These silicone soap dishes are great with numerous channels to avoid the melting that previously occurred with old skool traditional soap dishes where the soap stewed in its own juices. These dishes have WIDE CHANNELS at a sloping angle so the extra water drains away. The colors are cool and funky with a marble type look.They are thinner and flexible. The only real con is that they're are no legs or lift underneath to drain away/air out excess water so if your surface gets wet underneath you may find your dish "slip sliding away". Especially if it is placed on a down slope hard surface. There is definitely good value here.

I am using these soap dishes to keep my sponge & dishwashing liquid dry. They work perfectly and are super affordable!
