Portable but Not Quite a Food Processor
I was really excited to be able to buy a portable food processor (or at least that's what some of the key terms listed on this ad indicated). I tried it on a few things: garlic, bananas, avocados, and apples. Before I begin reviewing all the different types of food I have used for this machine, I have to say one MAJOR CON/NEGATIVE to this is that because the blade spins so quickly per second and there's not a lot of space in the container, what happens is that all the product gets thrown to the sides of the bowl and you have to constantly scrape at it for it to work.GARLIC: Works as is. Quick mince but if you put too little cloves, it spins to the edge and the blades can't reach it.BANANAS: Works great with one whole ripe banana! Mashed it into mush.AVOCADOS: There were still quite a bit of large size bits in the container and there was a constant need to scrape the bowl.APPLES: I had a fuji apple and I think because it wasn't as firm or crunchy as other apple varieties that it worked OK. There were definitely still some chunks in there even when I wanted it to be more applesauce texture.Overall, I think it's slightly gimmicky and while it does work on certain things, for other veggies or fruits, it is less successful. It definitely requires you to test it out to see what works and what doesn't.

However, when I received this product, I was surprised the 250ml mini garlic chopper is taller than mine, and it can't be stored in a kitchen drawer.Overall, this mini garlic chopper is easy to use and clean, and I like it's wireless (use USB charging cable). I just hope it was smaller.

Safety Issue To Be Aware of!
Great except there is a simple but critical design flaw that can be a safety issue.....someone may lose a tooth or.....Pivot post (stainless steel) in the bottom of the bowl is attached with a standard right hand thread screw. Blade spins counter clockwise and can unscrew the post, resulting in the post and washer left behind in your food which can go unnoticed. Happened this morning chopping some nuts. Simple fix would have been design with a left hand threaded screw combination, or clockwise rotating blade. Tried tightening and may try some “loctite” (have to check toxicity first though).

So far it’s perfect
I’ve been using this about a month. It’s easy to clean and powerful enough to mince garlic, ginger and peppers. I haven’t tried anything else. I have not tested how long it can go without charging. I just charge it after 4-5 uses but I think the way it chops it can probably do a lot more. I’ve seen some reviews about the blades being misaligned. There is a screw at the top of the blade. All you would have to do is realign the blades and tighten the screw. It hasn’t happened to me but I was concerned about that but not anymore. It charges in like 20 minutes after 4-5 uses, that’s about 30 seconds x5. The one thing I don’t like is, there’s a grippy ring like a rubber gasket that comes out when you wash it. I think it expands and comes off too easily. Just be mindful of it or it could end up in the garage disposal.

LOVE IT
Wish I had found this earlier. I love making Thai chili sauce and it’s perfect for 1-2 servings for me. 3 hours of charge and I use it at least twice a week and I’ve yet to recharge.

works great with garlic, not so much with shallots
I regretted getting this at first since I got mainly to chop shallots but I grow to love this over time. The blades can't cut through a whole shallot so I always have to quarter them first. It works perfectly fine with garlic and chili though.
