I got this delivered beginning of October and it’s now nearly end of December so thought I’d give this a fair review. I have found this very nice to have over the winter months. I have had it on almost everyday for hour or two with no problems turning it on. I got a 13kg bottle on the 3 October when I received the heater and only just had to exchange it yesterday. So it’s lasted me roughly 3 months in a medium sized room with the heater on one bar sometimes two. Also what I love about this heater i tried to heat my bedroom up with it before I went to bed but it did not like this and kept cutting out because of the oxygen safety feature. So it’s back in the medium room. Ok now the bad parts. 1/ when you’re putting the full gas bottle in and also putting safety bar back on the heater does feel a tad flimsy. But I have found if you’re gentle and not heavy handed just throwing the bottle in’ it will be ok not flimsy when safety bars back on. 2/ The wheels are not the greatest on carpets or rugs it’s kind of hard to push around with a full bottle in. Fine on tiled and wooden floors . That being said I have had no trouble with this heater and would recommend it to other customers.

Easy to fit gas bottle and battery. Very easy to ignite. Had it up and running in 20min. Kitchen nice and warm. Self tapping screws in thin metal not great for the rear cover. I fitted the largest gas bottle and the weight of it is a struggle for the casters. Feels like I'm pushing it around instead of rolling it.

The biggest factor for me on buying this heater was the fact that the hose and regulator is ALREADY fitted to the heater, which meant i simply added the gas cylinder switched it on and instant heat.I already have one of these heaters from a different seller - over 12 years ago - and it is still working great. The difference between this one and the old one, is in the ignition. This new heater needs 1 x AA battery for the ignition to work, whereas, my old heater did not. However both the new and old heater work great.I am very pleased with this new heater it looks great, heats up living room and dining room very quickly, and it's brilliant to get some instant heat when required.I highly recommend this heater.I purposely paid for the gas to the house to be disconnected. I think it is outrageous how the energy companies (on the mains grid) behave towards their customers. They appear to think they are the gods of the energy world and no one can touch them! ie a monopoly/oligopoly. Well may i suggest get rid of them and their standing charges - let alone outrageous gas prices - and have more control of when you pay for heating.

We got this fire a few days ago and thought it was not working. The sellers customer service was second to none. In fact the fire was working perfectly. My husband just had not fitted the aa battery into the bottom of the fire for the ignition button. I would give these guys 6 🌟 if I could. I would definitely recommend this heater and this company and would certainly buy from them again. It was easy to assemble. The heat is amazing and definite value for money

This arrived within a couple of days well protected from rough handling. It is a nice looking sturdy unit on castors and so easy to move into place when needed. It is easy to use but no instructions come with it. I was at a loss as to what battery to use and where the battery actually fitted. However once that was figured out and the battery in place the fire lit easily and belted the heat out. Apart from lack of instructions for the "newbys" it was perfect.
