This is a great product- doesn’t cause pain and works well until it just quits. Mine died after 6 months of weekly use.

I read lots of terrible reviews, AFTER ordering the product. When it arrived, I was primed for a terrible experience, and at first, it was. It is rather confounding to figure out how to put the device in mode to be used, at first. All the directions are printed on the screw-top tube in which the device is packed, so the print is NOT large. Inside is the device. Take it out and pull it apart. Remove the wee battery, and take off (not easy) the sticky tape. Reinsert the battery, take off the protective plastic housing, and use the device. The using of it took me less than two minutes. I cannot go to the salon these days. The cost of the device is slightly more than ONE session there. Excellent!

Not very powerful, when you put the attachment on it drops in RPMs

This is my 2nd one, because I accidently lost one of the blades. Don't open the part where the blades are if you don't have to, they fall out easy. Anyway, I bought another one and I just love this little trimmer. I have some wild growing eyebrows and this trims them just perfect. Before I was using hair scissors and it was never even. These do the trick. Love, Love, Love it.

I'm pretty disappointed in this purchase. I had one of these that I got in a boutique years ago and I opened the razor part to clean it and couldn't get it back together. So I bought this one on Amazon. I sent back the first one that came because it ran like the battery was dying. So they sent a replacement and that one does the same thing. My first one from the boutique never did that. I had it for over 10 years and it ran great. I shouldn't have taken it apart. The idea of this micro trimmer is great - but they are built poorly now. Not sure why they changed it.

I didn't even know how much I would love this little trimmer but it's way better than the one I was using. I was hopping it would fit behind my glasses, allowing me to see what I was trimming much better, And it does! Now I really look clean. Before I always had a "shadow."

Much better than the other products I have tried

I have been buying this very same style (same shape and size, literally identicle looking) trimmer at CVS for one third the price, only problem with it was I have to replace it every month or so. I WAS thinking since this one was three times as much it would be better....WRONG! Right out of the package it won't even trim nose hairs! TOTAL WASTE OF MONEY!
