Great gelatin sheets. They are a bit pricey BUT in my opinion well worth it. They are pretty easy to use and work really well.

This worked perfectly to mimic the wavy glass windows at my lake house in the model I made for the holidays as a surprise! It really made it look realistic! Would be amazing for a real gingerbread house too!

I have never used gelatin sheets before but I did plenty of research on which grade to use for the results I wanted and I chose to try this brand. I must say that it held up wonderfully. Very easy to work it and made my mirror glaze look beautiful!

Wanted to make an island cake and was told to use sheets of jello instead of the powdered stuff because it would set clearer. It turned out great but there wasnt really and instruction on how to use it so i had to experiment a bit. I used 40 sheets with 6 cups of water to get the firmness that i needed. Its unflavored so i added about 6 tablespoons of sugar with some flavor oil but probably could have added more. Its a starting point if your trying to do the same.

First time i've ever bought gelatin sheets. No idea if value / price is there, but from research seemed reasonable. Product arrive quickly, and performed exactly as advertised. Quick set - clear and flavorless. Product work excellent!

My friend and I are committed to making novelty birthday cakes for our kiddos, and they are committed to continually up the challenge. This year, her son requested a Rick & Morty spaceship. We thought we'd try our hand at creating the dome with gelatin sheets. We ended up switching to plan B, a non-edible option, but this was not because of the quality of the sheets, but rather the combination of our limited experience working with this medium, and the limitations of the idea for our design. What we discovered while working with the sheets is that if you are inexperienced with creating gelatin bubbles, you'll want to practice, but these gelatin sheets will yield beautiful results once you get comfortable with the process. We plan to try these again for snow globe cupcakes and for crafting edible windows. Platinum clarity is hard to find, but makes a huge difference.
