Excellent replacement shower head at a very affordable price - simple to screw in in place of the older one, from which the silver covering was starting to come away. Fit well, no impact on water flow and pressure - will get another for our main bathroom

Not great pressure
Purchased this to replace the original one in my shower, My shower put out plenty of water pressure with the original head but with this one not so much so it's definately the head and not my pressure. The water stream is very narrow and doesn't spread so for us as a full body shower it's not great but is very cheap and looks good.
