Great product

I bought this cord because it said it would fit my diffuser and just tried to plug it in and plug my diffuser in and it's not working. Tried to do a return and it's not wanting to let me return the item either for refund even though it says free refunds on the item itself. So now it looks like I'm stuck with a cord that I can't do anything with. Please issue refund.

Works well, but I wish Imhad noticed it's a horizontal fit rather than vertical.
