Was a little leery of trying this as it was advertised as 'beef' flavor with no meat source. To my great surprise, I liked it. Nice flavor and easy to fix.

We enjoy and love these noodles.They have a lot less preservatives and additives than other brands.

I've only tried a few so far, but they are surprisingly pretty good. They are similar to your average ramen, but taste more fresh if that makes sense (that's how I can best describe it). I think the powder packets might be poorly packaged, some of them felt hard/stale, but I don't care too much because I often season my ramen independently. The only thing I hate is the sodium content.. I am assuming it acts as a preservative maybe? But WHY does it have to be so high?! I'd appreciate any ramen so much more if it were in the 10-20% range.

I can no longer eat the cheap ramen that you would typically get in the grocery stores even some of the ones in the Asian market but when I seen that these were made healthier I decided to give this a chance and I'm glad I did not only was it tasty my stomach wasn't in pain after eating this

The ramen used to be pretty good... then they changed the noodles so that the flavor was different and they are more pasty than before. Additionally, they changed the spice packets so they are difficult to rip open. Lastly, the price massively increased so honestly I won't be buying it anymore. It's sad, because I really liked the old noodles and it's not easy to find good Kosher ramen.Maybe I'll wait a year or two and re-buy it to see if they've made any changes back.-------------UPDATE 3-3-2023-------------We switched over to trying Nissin Top Ramen in both their Oriental (Soy Sauce) and Chili versions. The noodles for both are very good, the spice packets rip nicely without any help, and the flavors were better than Ramen Express. Although they don't have a Kosher option, the Chili and Soy Sauce versions are vegetarian so it works just fine. We found that the Soy Sauce version was really easy on the stomach and was not only flavorful, but useful for kids with upset tummies. Additionally, the price is better than Ramen Express, therefore to deviate from my original review, I honestly don't think we'll be switching back ever again in the future or even trying Ramen Express later to see if they've changed.

I purchased the chicken flavor of these the first time they were wonderful so I purchased the beef. My husband and I loved him The only Roman soup we will buy from now on.

These are my absolute favorite ramens, and I don’t get that awful tummy ache like I did after the traditional ramens. Highly recommend!
