Senna Leaf for Constipation
Read instructions before using them. Take ONLY 1 capsule daily. This brand works best with only the 1 capsule vs 2 capsules in morning and 2 at night. More than one capsule will cause diarrhea. I prefer only 1 a day now. Capsules work well and taste just like the fiber brands.
