They work great!

I love these little pocket sniffers. The scents are instant mood boosters and can really help reset my mind if I start feeling overwhelmed at work or grumpy running errands or stuck in my studies. I have no regrets in this purchase because it is nice to have a variety of different scents available wherever I go. I keep one in my purse, another at my desk, one in my work bag, another in my car, etc. My favorite scents are 'energy' and 'refresh' -of course, this is personal preference. If I purchase again, I will probably only buy the energy 3-pack because the 'balance' and 'relax' scents are a little funny to me.

Loved the different “flavors” but was disappointed in how long they lasted. Expected them to last longer like Vic’s or similar products.

Don’t work

My daughter was having ligament pains and nausea in her 38th week of pregnancy. I ordered the Aromatherapy sticks and they arrived quickly but most importantly we feel they helped to lessen the pain by allowing her to relax and focus. There was noticably less nausea as well. These are not drugs that will take everything away but tools in the process of coping with labor pains and nausea.

These are incredible!! It’s the perfect pick me up when you need a boost. Scent is so powerful for our brain - these help SO much when I’m at work or traveling to stay focused/feel refreshed! I bought a couple extra packs for gifts for clients and friends! Highly recommend!!!

Tried the peppermint for nausea and actually felt better. Also the anti-stress scent combined with diet exercise and peaceful place adds to the relaxed feeling.

These aroma sticks are like lip balm for the nose, with added benefit of herb boost. I've been enjoying the FOCUS "tube" for nearly a year and it's still offers a nose brightening head clearing boost when distractions threaten my attention span! I look forward to the variety pack. I like them so much I bought a set to share!
