A2 Milk, Milk Whole Milk, 59 Fl Oz

I purchased this milk to make my homemade yogurt. I like that it was very gentle on my stomach & had a fresh taste. This is my second time purchasing this milk & it makes perfect yogurt! Great milk for people with IBS or GI issues. Does not cause any bloating for me.

This is the only milk my family will drink. Excellent taste and we see the digestive difference with A2 milk. Much easier on our digestion.

Tastes good and I notice less bloating after consuming it. I just wish it was more affordable, but Amazon had a decent price on it recently, so I got some cartons here and froze two of them, so I could then defrost it in the fridge just before the other one finished. They also have longer best buy dates than other milk, so I didn’t have to worry about that when I received them.

I can drink milk again! Before I loved milk as a kid and never noticed issues but as I got older I realized I get upset stomach so I stopped enjoying milk with cereal etc. I saw this and said why not? Well I have noticed no bubbles and stomach doesn’t rumble after ingesting it. I don’t want to go lactose free completely so this is nice.

For years I thought I was lactose intolerant, so I avoided milk completely. Then I noticed I could eat some European cheeses with no issues and learned they were made from A2 cow’s milk instead of the more common A1. It turns out some people who seem lactose intolerant can tolerate A2 dairy much better, and I appear to be one of them. This milk has been a game changer. After about a decade without milk, I can finally enjoy a glass of milk, a bowl of cereal, and creamy soups again. I like the smoothness, the protein content, and the long shelf life without a bunch of additives. This brand in particular is a great value compared with other A2 options I have found. My only wish is that they would offer a gallon size, because I go through it quickly now.
