This product is very nice. The quality is great, comfortable, and has nice cushioning.

First, be aware, this item is shipped from China!!This cushion was purchased for my mother in laws recliner chair, and she was not happy with it at all. She said it was extremely uncomfortable and did not want it. So my husband decided to try it in his recliner, and he said the same thing. It was uncomfortable! We wanted to send it back, but the company said because of it coming from China, the shipping would cost too much. Therefore, they gave us a partial refund, and said we could keep the cushion which I will donate to Goodwill. I do not recommend it.

Wasn't large enough for my hus band. Offer different sizes.

I bought this to use in a recliner. I hoped it would provide better lumbar support than the small firm cushion I’ve been using, which is too short and has a tendency to get wedged between seat and back. I figured the new product wouldn’t get wedged because the seat & back are attached to each other. Being taller, it should provide more support. Sadly, it does not provide the support I need. In fact, it actively causes pain between the shoulder blades, where I didn’t have any pain before. I tried shifting it around but that doesn’t work because the unit has a rigid plastic back. Yikes. I moved it to a dining chair. Might work there. The straps are designed to hold it in place, and look ideal for an office chair. Just not what I needed. The padding is not as thick as I expected. Sigh.

The unit was not at all comfortable. The segments were very uncomfortable. It would not stay put on a leather recliner. The strap that was supposed to keep the unit securely on the chair was too short to fit around the chair. Visually it was nice looking but but that was a secondary feature. I returned the unit.

I tried other seats and they all lacked something. There was no support, didn’t like color and did not fit in the chair properly. This is perfect all around and I appreciate this. Susan E.
