I love this Kava Kava. I am 67 and have struggled with mild depression and sleeplessness for years. I was prescribed some medication but only used it for 2 days. It had undesirable side effects. I ordered this particular one because of the reviews. From the very first night, I slept well and awoke in the morning with an enlightened frame of mind. I even told my doctor about this and he said he was going to look into it to prescribe for others who had an aversion to pharmaceutical medications. I will never be without this again. thank you for making such an amazing, effective supplement.

No after taste. No negative side effects. I don't take often or many at a time, but they have a calming effect and help to focus or concentrate.

I've taken Kava for many years from Gaia with no problems, but I wanted to try to conserve money with the hi price of gasoline...here in Ca...(as of today gas is $6.42 a gal. for regular!) So I bought this brand thinking it would work just as well...well big surprise I took just one cap. early in the morning and it made me very very dizzy all day long. I tried it the next day to be sure that the dizziness was due to this Kava and sure enough it made me really dizzy again. I have no idea what is in this product other then Kava. All I can tell you is that I've taken Gaia's Kava Root daily for 10 years and never had any problems. So it's back the the more expensive Kava for me....because it works and I can depend on it to do what I need...and it gets rid of my anxiety. I'd suggest you keep looking and try another product and pass this Kava by.

I did not do my research on this product before I ordered it from this company. The ad looks so good and sounded almost like a Wonder product. They should have included warning that it could be bad for you in several ways and could cause liver damage, liver failure and possibly death. I read several articles from different places and they all said the same thing about kava. I literally threw the whole bottle in the trash when it arrived. Not for me. Not worth the risk. Please read up on it before you purchase.

I have taken Kava Kava to reduce my stress levels for a long time. It just helps!
