Classic Train Engineer Conductor's Adjustable Cap - Child to Adult

Our grandson loves trains but not hats so this was not a hit with him. But I liked it. It was well made. So ask your kid before you buy.

I am always amazed how a review can go from one extreme to the other. I was searching for a good quality cap for a 3 year old who loves trains.After reading reviews on many brands of caps I chose to order this in the 53cm size to allow for growth. His head measured 19 in around which would be about 48 1/2cm. The quality of this cap is excellent and the velcro adjustment is great and I like it much better than the plastic straps that are on some. It is a pretty blue color unlike the dark blue of some. I also really like the style because it slopes from the front to the back and is roomy. Because the sizing is so confusing I ordered another brand for myself with elastic in the back. I do not like that style nearly as much as I do this and the blue color is very dark. I am very pleased with this cap and will be ordering more. I would suggest ordering a little larger than you measure even though it is adjustable.

It's actually quite well made, will fit large heads and should last with proper care.

Quality hat but it is NOT adjustable at all. I have a pretty average head size but the only adult options they had were XL and XXL. The XL will work for me but it is very loose and will fly off with the lightest wind. If they offered it I would have gotten a Large. The blue striping is also a bit darker than I expected. Otherwise feels like a reasonable quality hat. A little pricey too but I can use it.

The hat may have been a little on the large size, not bad, but a little big. Good thing that the kid has a big head for his young age.Quality? Seemed well made, and hopefully the kid well get into model railroading and get many years of use out of the hat. ( he was instructed to wear the hat anytime he was railroading, will see how well that one works out. ha )Comfortable? Can't say, but the kid didn't complain.A good gift for anyone getting into model railroading, or a seasoned pro...imo.Hope that this review helps.

Perfect cap for a train-loving toddler. Velcro makes it adjustable, but this is definitely a kids size hat. Fit a 2 year old great. Quality is great for the price — similar quality to any run of the mill kids clothing shop (target, carters, Oshkosh, etc.)

Very impressed with the quality, and my son loves it!

My son wanted this hat. He picked it out and was excited when it arrived. It fits him perfectly. It makes me laugh when he wears it because it's so silly looking, but he loves it! The picture definitely looks better then it looks in real life.
