The media could not be loaded. Bought this to replace a basic, old warmer that stopped working after a year and a half or so, and it's been great so far. I have some after market bulbs that were too big for the old one so the bulb touched the glass and my wax burned out too quickly. I haven't tried any other bulbs with this one but it's tall enough that the dish won't touch it if it's larger than what it came with. Super easy and I love having the option of different brightnesses and strength. It does melt my wax pretty quickly and if it's on full strength they lose their scent pretty fast, but if you use a liner it will slow it down just a little and it makes swapping scents much easier. I use baking cups because they're cheap and easily accessible, but they do tend to leak a little bit. I'm sure the liners made for wax warmers are more durable but I am just fine with still doing a little cleanup when I got 100 of those cups for a dollar or two. Will update if any issues arise, but it's been great so far for the 2 months I've had it.

There's a three month hold for spontaneous friend gift gifting and that hoe hasn't shown her face in at least 4 months"So, now I own a gorgeous, crystal wax melter and lamp that offers three settings of brilliant ambient lighting.The three things I love about this piece:-You do not have to melt wax. Take the wax holding top off and strictly ise as a lamp.-It's touch operated! You don't have to search along the cord to find the switch to adjust the intensity; the base is the control unit to adjust lighting and melt rate.-The piece is so versatile. It can slip into any decor and be a statement piece or background elegance.For my experience so far, I give it a five star and highly recommend as a gift to a friend and yourself.

This is the most beautiful and perfect 3 setting lamp! Fun Fact about the wax melts, what I do instead of buying the wax, I freeze the leftover wax from a candle from my favorite mall bath body store. I break the pieces up and put them in the dish. This way it smells like my candles, and I don’t waste money or wax. Get it now. I think I need another!

This item is a must have it beauty can brighten any room. This piece is beautifully made with metal, plastic and glass. a touch of the silver panel at the bottom turns it on. The sweet smell of your favorite candles or aroma drops spread though your home. No worries safe, convienent, it also has 3 setting. Just a wonderful piece, I also use it for a night light,. I suffer with stuffy noses so I placed a spoon full of vick's vapor rub and it it filled the room. I really like this piece it's a must have.

Once I purchased this, I was amazed at how beautiful it was; the glass around it shimmers when it's turned on and crystal clear.The only issue I have is when the crystals get dusty, etc, it's super hard to clean. With all the crevasses, it's almost impossible to get all the way cleaned.I have had this for awhile now and still use it, just in my basement where people won't always see it.

I took a chance and ordered this wax warmer. My intent is to use essential oils instead. Happy to report that the dimmest setting does heat the oil enough to produce a pleasant scent. I took note of another review and added filtered water first, then dropped in the essential oils. The lamp was packaged well with no loose crystals. The Silver is simply gorgeous. The price is excellent also. Time will tell if this is a lasting value though.UPDATE: Sorry, 3 weeks later, the HEKALU Lamp stopped working. Customer Service was excellent and replaced it quickly. However, the replacement never worked out of the box. I did receive a refund quickly after returning it.BOTTOM LINE: The device may not work long or at all!
