Great Product, I highly recommend it!
This is absolutely the best time clock system we have ever purchased for our small business!We chose Safescan to replace another biometric clock system that had nothing but problems, ended up costing us thousands of dollars plus additional software upgrade and user support fees.I love the sturdy professional look of this time clock. It gives our employees full confidence that the system is well made, safe and accurate to use. The overall size is perfect, buttons are nice and the screen size allows for easy reading.The product was well packaged, unboxing and installation took me about 25 minutes. The software download and user programming took about another hour. I had zero issues, the manual and directions laid it out perfectly.Employee setup was a breeze once the computer programming was complete. I chose the WiFi option which added a couple of extra steps but again I had no problem following along with the manual to complete the process.The time clock is functioning perfectly, we had zero issues or complaints from our staff.
