Short version:I didn’t think I’d like stress balls as much as I did and I was pleasantly surprised. The quality is beautiful, the scent is warm and calming and it lingers on your hand, and the product and packaging are eco-friendly and lovely to look at. They do exactly as advertised and perform well under stress. Some proof editing corrections were recommended and they’ve promised to address these. I would definitely recommend this product.Long version:The stress balls are contained within a white cardboard tube with the MindPanda logo on the side. The balls are sealed inside by two small round bits of tape. When you take off the lid you will find three stress balls, individually packaged in small bags that are 100% organic, 100% compostable and 100% biodegradable.My first impression was an appreciation for the simplicity and cleanliness of the design and for the environmentally friendly packaging. MindPanda have definitely understood and mastered a clean, simple and calming presentation to their products. I find myself somehow both calm and excited just "unboxing" my orders.My stress balls came with two small sheets with suggestions for exercises, plus some discounts and a QR code for a mindfulness app. I have not looked at this app yet but I looked at the sheets in detail. Cleaning instructions are inside the tube as well. There were a few spelling errors but I’ve recommended corrections for these which MindPanda’s team have promised to look over.The balls themselves look and feel high quality. The stitching is secure, the lettering is clear, and there’s a subtle, soothing fragrance to each ball that lingers on your hand as you use it. They are a little less vibrant in colour compared to the photographs but I’ll put that down to advertising/photo editing. They're certainly vibrant enough, in any case.Initially I was wary because I haven’t used or felt the urge to use a stress ball as an outlet, but I did find them soothing to use. My “preferred” way to use it seems to be to give it a light squeeze, turn the ball with my thumb and finger a little bit, squeeze again, and keep rotating and squeezing. They do provide a concise set of instructions so even new users like me can learn how to use them.In terms of improvements and ideas, I’d like to see more in other colours or even a customisable colour set so I could get three balls in colours I love. When ordering them I struggled to pick a set due to the colour options but I eventually settled on the sun orange, charcoal and jade one. It might be interesting to have different scent options as well, which could be a promotional idea, perhaps.All in all, I’m quite fond of these stress balls. That they’re eco-friendly makes them even more likeable. I would recommend buying them.

Fantastic stress balls. Packed beautifully in a tube. The colours are nice, and it’s good to have different resistance levels. I wasn’t too keen on the smell at first but I’ve got used to it now and quite like it. They are well made, and the texture feels reassuring. I use the soft one to help relieve stress and I find it useful to help get to sleep at night. Would recommend.

Good for stress, good for hand therapy.

Was advised by my wifes doctor that to help to control her hand tremors/shakes (similar to parkinsons) something like this would be helpful. The set does help but as she is 80 years old possibly find that they are too firm for her. The items are however very well produced, have a pleasant smell to them and perhaps for somebody younger/stronger could be benificial. They may cost more than others on the market but I think in this case you get what you pay for. Would certainly recommend to somebody that wants to improve grip/relieve stress.

So, I've had stress balls before, the usual foam variety. Nothing special. These are different. I got them as part of my therapy for a developing case of 'trigger finger/thumb', in both hands. I got a set of three. Immediately the cylindrical storage box is exposed you know these are special. The box is white and attractive, attractive enough to leave out on display, handy for use when the urge calls. Each ball is a different colour, a different fragrance, a different firmness (soft, medium, hard), and one of two sizes. They have an outer cover of a soft knitted fabric with a very nice feel. They are easy to roll and squeeze in the hand with the gel having a good movement as they are squeezed. Not that you really read them when in use but each ball has several incentivising words or phrases, a nice touch. Inside with the balls is a handy leaflet with exercises. However there is something missing, namely an indication, on the leaflet or on the balls themselves as to which is which size and/or firmness. I went back the Amazon listing and sure enough it's there in an image. So I took a screenshot and now have it on my phone as a reminder. I might print it (seems unnecessary but I have a feable memory!). But why wasn't there another leaflet in the box with that info on it? Despite that annoyance I'm really very pleased with them and regularly use them as a part of my therapy. Definitely worth the slightly extra cost compared with others.

Bought these to use following hand surgery. Design of product container was great, as it’s all about first impressions. Quality and firmness of product was very good and loved the wording on the balls and the choice of fragrances. So far there is no evidence of any deterioration of the product despite daily use and the fragrance has remained strong. A great purchase and very happy!

I initially bought this product so that I had an exercise ball to squeeze as I’ve got a bit of tennis elbow. These are far more than just squeeze balls, however.The first thing is, upon opening the packaging, (very slick tube that slides open) the three separate balls have an amazing and restful aroma about them! Really nice.Then there are all the thought provoking questions that are on each ball. What a fantastic idea - couple using the item with some great questions.Add into the mix that not only can they be washed if need be but there is the option of a free gift or money off other products, then I reckon I’ve got a bargain with this one.How wonderful to actually have a product arrive that’s decent in every way!

They are comfortable in the hand when exercising. However the words have virtually worn away and this is light to moderate use over 4 months - I’m not too fussed about that but the wording is sold as a feature. The purple one was slightly smaller the other two. Overall ok for £16.49 as they provide what I was looking for - not sure if I would buy another set.
