McCormick Cake Batter Flavor, 2 fl oz

This gives my homemade sugar-free cakes that "birthday cake" flavor I missed so bad for celebrations. That's priceless to me. I use it in icing recipes, too, and even add it to canned zero sugar icing. It also makes all those birthday cake-flavored snacks like mini muffins, cookies, homemade ice cream, etc. easy to create in sugar-free versions that actually taste like birthday cake instead of whatever the commercial versions taste like. With this stuff, my zero-sugar goodies are better tasting than the store-bought sugary ones. I'm so glad I found this stuff.

I've always used this brand for all my baking, but never this flavor. It's thick, almost syrup consistency, but I appreciate that - it kept me from using too much and it's almost a concentrated amount. The taste is spot on, too, and I've already used it in my gluten free recipes for some much needed flavor! Also, excellent in Chia pudding and mousse - a little goes a long way!
