Excellent Ingredients
The ingredients in this product is excellent for lightening dark spots. I love this product. It just doesn't love me. I found that I'm allergic to the Kojic acid. Now, this is the product along with the others that's helped my melasma the most. I had a very bad allergic reaction to the kojic acid in this product. If you're able to use it, just stay with it. It will give you good results.Living with Melasma. Don't give up. FIGHT ON!!!

Works on tan, but very slow
I purchased this product to deal with post inflammatory hyperpigmentation left after acne breakouts. The size of the product is good and lasts about 3 months. I like the tube form because it’s more hygienic than creams in a jar.The consistency is a thick gel, opaque beige. I love the fact that it is unscented because my skin is sensitive to fragrances, so that’s a plus. Upon application, it goes on very smooth and only a small amount is needed. Does not sting or burn or cause breakouts . It is very moisturizing and takes a while to soak in before I proceed to apply the rest of my skincare products.I have been using it for 3 months and while it does fade away suntan and gives a slight radiance, it doesn’t do a lot for hyper pigmented spots caused by acne. So I recommend this for someone who wants to fade a tan but for dark spots, you will need something stronger or prescription strength. Also exfoliating before use will give faster results.

Didnt work like the serum
Since their azelaic serum disappeared off amazon and their website I decided to try this out. I was hoping it'd work as well as the serum did for the severe cystic acne on my chin that only goes away with 10-15% azelaic acid. Azelaic and niacinamide seem to do well for my skin; the former for the cystic acne, the latter for minor breakouts or bumpiness on other areas of the face, so I thought this'd be good.I'd been using The Ordinary's 10% azelaic, but it wasnt all that effective and only *just* kept it from breaking out like crazy again so it was very slowly getting worse, but once I stopped using that in order to see how well this stuff worked in comparison it immediately broke out all over my chin as if the floodgates were opened. Not that this stuff CAUSED the breakout, but more like once I stopped using what sort of worked in favor of something that just doesnt work it had nothing stopping it anymore and broke out pretty badly in 2-3 days.

Be patient...it works!
I am on my second bottle of iTouch and I am convinced my melasma would have 1. Gotten MUCH worse last summer than it did with the extra sun exposure I had (It had been worse the previous summer without using it) and 2. Do not think I'd be where I am - fairly close to clear - now at the start of spring. It also has greatly faded an age related spot on my jawline (Commonly seen in this location in women in their 40s+). I only use it once per day - in the mornings - b/c I use Retinol at night.I also use sunscreen each morning and reapply mid day since I am often outside for 30 min or so each afternoon. Sunscreen is a must if you are trying to clear dark spots. Tinted is even better.I never had an issue adjusting to this cream, even though I can be sensitive- for example, it took me A WHILE to adjust to a low % retinol. That said, make sure you do the spot test. Everyone is different.

Break me
Good idea but as other Reviewers state this broke me on the third day. I tried a couple of more days but the rash got worse. So no benefits seeing but pimples. I guess that if you can handle rash for 2 or more months and keep using it for 4, then go ahead and let us know if it worked.I didn't like the scent but doesn't smell terrible. Light but for the price and not gettingto use it, I wouldn't recommend it at all.
