Ufree is an excellent company to buy from. When my autistic daughter's first horse broke I received a full refund including the increase in price for this year. They are excellent communicators with outstanding customer service. The Ufree horse products are excellent. They look and work brilliantly. Just wish they did an even larger one for as my daughter grows. We already have the largest. Very highly recommended as a brilliant alternative to a bike.

Excellent purchase! My daughter has been asking for this horse for at least 3 years but due to the price I was always a bit uncertain. This year after lockdown I felt like we should treat her and we weren’t disappointed.The quality is excellent, as soon as we took out of the box you could see it. Super easy to assemble too, I mean extremely easy. One of my favourite features is the skin, it is so soft and high quality. We have hard floors at our house so it’s ideal. I’d say that you need some space to move around as it’s quite big, it really feels like a real pony for a little one (you can adjust the height as they grow). The only negative I’d say is that it doesn’t have a break...when we go out around our village we need to keep an eye on hills as it can fly out. For flat and smooth surfaces it’s fantastic! A high quality product which my daughter was delighted with on Christmas Day. I must say though that I initially had my doubts of how much of a novelty present this would be and they have proved right. My 7 year old likes it however doesn’t use it as much as I hoped & there are few surfaces on which it works smoothly

Nice and big perfect size of my son aged 12However the only problem is the steering is a bit stiff ( far from smooth )Also you really need a completely flat surface it dose work on the pavement just not very well. My son tends to use this feet on the floor to pull himself along or I have to push him. It’s ok , kids love it , just not as good as I hoped. Expensive for what it is.

It’s very beautiful but head doesn’t move into direction properly. Has to be on a flat path as downhill it’s uncontrollable and uphill it’s a struggle as youv got to push bars with your feet fwd . It’s actually very difficult to ride on but beautiful and fun. There’s actually a tear In the material near the head part because of moving the head sideways to change direction.

Follow up 30-Dec - I have to say, first class customer service from UFREE. All sorted now and happy kids again.I purchased 2 of these for our girls, and unfortunately, both are faulty. The mechanism that makes the horse move does not work on one of them, which I chose to return on Christmas day and have a replacement posted. It's now Boxing day and the other one is now unusable after trying to adjust the foot rests - the little metal poppers on both sides refuse to pop out again, making the horse unusable. I checked the other horse, that also does not work, the poppers are the same, once popped in, they do not pop out. Looks like a design fault. 2 very unhappy girls.

Girls love it, great full body exercise while having great fun.
