I haven't tried it on DMR, but it works well with analog and any related tone.

does not work very well. have to hold radio right up to this device in order for it to find a signal.save your money and buy a better one.

Neat little unit, must be very close to transmitter though, like within a foot, was hoping it would work from at least a few feet away, other than that its very useful.

Very nice. The memory function doesn't hold settings, so you'll have to reset your settings each time you turn it on. But overall, a very nice unit for the price.
