Fitbit Blaze Accessory Band, Classic, Plum, Small

I bought this band alongside my new fitbit blaze as soon as it came out, which I received around March 1st, 2016. I love the look of the band, and it fit my wrist nicely and has been very comfortable. If I had reviewed this band the day I bought it, I would've given it 5 stars. I wear my fitbit everyday and this is my go-to band except for workouts, when i switch into the sport silicone band that the fitbit tracker came with. I am disappointed because after daily use for just 3 months (it is now the end of May), my leather band is already discoloring and wearing out. For reference, my daily activities during which I wear the leather band include working at a computer, walking for 20-40 minutes a day, cooking dinner, and sleeping. Nothing out of the ordinary! For the price point, I expected it to last much longer than it has. I've bought leather shoes for half this price and worn them for significantly longer than this watch band without problems. Included in my review are two pictures - one of my band the day I received it and one of the band after 3 months of daily wear - you will be able to tell the two apart. Obviously the band is still functional, comfortable, and all that jazz - but I'm really disappointed given the cost :/

I bought the camel colored leather band. I'm a huge fitbit fan (this is the third model I've owned) and I've been happy with their quality but this band just does not live up to the quality I'm used to from them. I've had it for about a month and a half and it is already showing quite a bit of wear despite me being very careful with it (keep it dry when I wash my hands, change to the silicone band when I work out). I love my Blaze, I hate this band.Update: I contacted Fitbit, they replaced it with another leather band. Exact same thing happened, it quickly became very worn looking. I'm currently working on having them replace it again, this time with a non-leather one. I've given up on the leather ones. Their customer service is usually pretty good about replacing products that are less than a year old that didn't meet expectations BUT you have to keep on them about it. This time around I requested a replacement, they sent me the wrong band, I contacted them again, they had me send it back and said they would send out the correct one via expedited shipping as soon as I mailed it (they didn't). I contacted them again reminding them that I had mailed it and that I had been told they would ship the correct one when I mailed it. Their story changed, now it was the correct one would ship when their warehouse confirmed they had received it. 2 weeks (and my contacting them twice more and them promising expedited shipping twice more) after the return was delivered I finally got notice today that they had shipped it. Once again though they have shipped the wrong band!!!!

I have been wearing this band for three weeks now. I purchased this because I wanted something that was more appropriate in a business casual office environment than the black rubberish band the watch comes with. The band is a spot-on color match for the watch, as it should be. It makes the watch feel more substantial. The band has not picked up any scratches from daily wear and the clasp makes a positive connection. For me, the only down side of the band is that same clasp, as it does not open as wide as my other watches. I have extra large hands and smaller wrists. As delivered I could not get the band over my hand. I added the included three extra links and moved the pin in the clasp to the longer position. Now the band went on easily, but was so loose the heart beat monitor did not work. I moved the pin in the clasp back to its original position and now heart beat works, but it is a tight squeeze to get the watch on. Recommended none the less.

I really like this band for my Fitbit Blaze. I have the purple sport band that I typically wear with the Blaze all the time, but I found myself not wearing my Fitbit when I go out on the town or when I wear more formal clothing outside of my gym wear because the sport band clashes. Having the leather band has been nice because I never have to take my Fitbit off!It looks like an upscale smart watch with this band and goes with a lot of my outfits. My only negative comment is that I thought the leather would be softer, but I imagine that will improve the more I wear the watch band.

I have used this item for four months.The securing pins that are used to put this band on the FitBit "holder" are quite difficult to use, they often fail to align with the pin-holes that are used to keep the band on the center-piece.The band itself has not held up very well at all, the band is fraying very badly, at this point the entire band looks very fuzzy. It is also almost impossible to keep the band from smelling, I regularly wash the band with other delicates in the wash (weekly) and the smell remains.I'm awarding two stars simply because the item matches the description and it is does keep the monitor on my arm. Beyond those two things I am disappointed.

Just as stated, this is an original, black Fitbit Blaze band. I find that the original bands are significantly better than other aftermarket ones for a few reasons. They seem to stay in the case better (some aftermarket ones pop out on occasion and the watch falls off...maybe bad spring bars...), they are more durable AND flexible (I have gotten some that are just plastic and are incredibly stiff-ended up throwing away), and the little loop "locks" in so that it doesn't slide off. Anyways, worth a couple bucks more than the fakes, especially now that they are all discounted on amazon!

If you already own a Blaze band, you know what you’re going to get. Bought as a replacement for my original band of 2+ years of daily wear.

I needed a wrist strap replace my official Fitbit wrist strap after it snapped after two years of constant use.I did check the FitBit website but they’ve stopped selling the basic wrist bands and only sell the £70 gold one which is too expensive so I had a look on Amazon.Some of the other products on Amazon were nice but seemed to not last long or poor quality hence why I chose to buy this product.This product is genuine Fitbit strap which fits the FitBit Blaze product. I order the small size which fits me fine as I have small wrists.It’s a good quality product which hopefully should last me another two years!I ordered two of these just in case as you never know whether these will be available in the future.The delivery was standard so took a few days but I was in no rush as my FitBit had ran out of battery and was charged as soon as I received these wrist straps.If you’re looking for an official wrist strap for your FitBit Blaze I really recommend this one!

The price of this watchstrap is ludicrous. I have bought one previously and found it expensive then, but it is now just plain daft. I found a black leather watchstrap by Yutior instead which I am wearing now and is softer leather and slightly more comfortable, for 16 quid. I love my Blaze but Fitbit are getting greedy with a 60 pound price tag for a leather strap. Also, my old leather strap (this official product) got so worn and cracked across the back that I had to get the new black one. By the way, at the mega-cheap end of the scale I also ordered just the straps (not the frame) from a Chinese company. They took about 8 weeks to arrive (slow boat?!) and were slightly too wide so had to be trimmed. I am a little nervous that the cheap strap might disengage from the frame and then I could lose my Blaze. So the mega-cheap ones just about work, but not worth the hassle even though they were a mere fiver.

I decided to push the boat out and purchase the original strap having read mixed reviews of third party ones.This is a quality strap, no doubt about it, looks incredibly smart and comes complete with the housing unit.I purchased this to compliment the blaze for work wear, the strap which comes with it makes my wrist very sweaty so when I go to the gym, cycle, run etc I pop it in the plastic strap, for everyday wear it sits in this metal strapYou may need to get the strap adjusted, mine needed a link removing as for best results the watch needs to sit firm on the wrist. I purchased a watch link tool off Amazon for a fiver (a watch shop would charge this anyway) and did it myself, it also came with 3 spare linksLove the strap, the price is questionable hence dropping a star on the rating

As a previous Fitbit owner of the original Charge model, one of my pet hates was the silicone strap that was virtually impossible to clean properly while keeping the Fitbit itself dry - a nightmare when getting hot and sweaty. The blaze with interchangeable straps was an ideal solution for this, and above all getting the nylon straps, which are so much easier to wash and dry, using the silicon straps only as a temporary replacement. Already had the straps washed and dried once, and performing OK. Changing mechanism is very simple and easy to use.

Chuffed to bits when I got this. Helps make the Fitbit look less like a sporty heart monitor and more like a watch you might wear every day. Only trouble is for a watch designed to be warn pretty much 24/7 this strap doesn't seem to be lasting wellAs you'll see from the photos the brown coating is rubbing off the by the buckle and where I fasten the strap it has started to crack.Personally I'd expect a better quality for the price paid. Looks great but only suitable for occcasional use
