No, according to the manufacturer on amazon.de listing.

Q: The instructions seem to indicate you have to rinse afterwards but all other hydroxyapatite toothpastes indicate not to rinse after brushing?

I usually tell my kids not to rinse right after brushing but to rinse before getting into bed.
