Is there a carry handle on the bag?

Is this a good paddle board ? Anyone had problens with customer service

My board hasn’t arrived but my tracker states it was delivered 30th March. I have filled out the customer service form and no one has got back to me.

So someone suggested the siks electric pump would fit this board? I ordered it and none of the adaptors fit,any other ideas? Thanks
