Barbie Fairytopia: Mermaidia

This Barbie movie is one of the classic movies that I grew up watching. It is now so much fun watching them as an adult with my own daughter. Cute mermaid Barbie movie. This is a part of the Barbie Fairytopia movies, but you don't have to watch them all to understand whats going on. The other movies will give a little more back story, but not a must to see. The beginning of the movie does a quick recap of previous movie. Just good to know though if you are wanting the set. The movie shipped quickly and came in good condition.

Wonderful movie grew up watching it and bought it to show my niece! Also comes in great quality!

We bought this movie and a bunch of other Barbie movies for the after-party of our daughter's graduation swim party. She and her friends loved watching the movies and reminiscing about their childhood. Surprisingly, even the teenage boys loved watching the movies. This was the one they watched to kick off the after party and it was quite fitting to follow a fun swim party! Great for children and adults! The product arrived in impeccable condition.

Great price for a classic Barbie movie. It arrived new and unopened. I had no issues with delivery or packaging, no issues with the DVD itself, and it was a great addition to my movie collection.

I was concerned about purchasing another barbie movie again after buying "...a Fashion Fairytale" because I feel that one is really inappropriate for 4 year old girls (the drama of relationships, cattiness, kissing at the end). I have problems with getting Barbie movies for her because a lot of the ones I see don't have a recommended age listed and I find that the trailers provided doesn't always accurately reflect the content of the movie. But this one is good. There is a little relationship drama, but it is very subtle, and best of all, no kissing (although at one point I was a little worried)! If you have a budding fashionista who loves Barbie like I do but want to expose her to the milder side of Barbie, then this is a good video to get, although I liked these others better: "The 12 Dancing Princess", "The Island Princess", and "Thumbalina".
