Great for making cheese at home
I bought this for making cheese at home using pasteurised milk, and it helped me make good quality cheese. Only 2–3 drops are enough for 4 litres of milk, so it offers very good value for money.

Makes good cheese
I make cheese from raw milk, like not to add extra but thought give it a go and noticed the difference while in Cheddington process. Firmer texture. Had to calculate amount needed a few times, so to use less rather than more. Will use again
