Great product. Very sturdy and easy to install. The straps were longer than expected. For an easy installation I suggest taping the brackets at the height you want so you can easily feed the straps through without trying to hold them in place. I used this kit with a 100 pound heavy bag and it is perfect.

I was a bit worried as the processing was quiteslow after ordering and payment and I didn’t receive an immediate confirmation, but the product eventually arrived and we are very happy with the product. It was received in good condition and was better than what we expected regarding look and quality. My only feedback is the strap was a bit short to install around our kickboxing stand as instructed so we had to improvise. So longer straps would allow more flexibility for the bigger bag. Otherwise my son loves it.

Product elevated my workout,makes u stronger, stronger abs, u can attach anywhere with a strong base I have it on my free standing boxing bag, doesn’t take up to much space either, as a fellow martial arts u will love it like I do

The overall construction appears to be good. Kit only had pictures of components-no dimensional mounting instructions at all. I had to guess about everything. looked but found no help on the internet.

Very easy to install on a hanging bag or other item once you get the hang of the ratchet straps. I have been an instructor for over eight years, and this makes setting up in a shared gym where you can't have a permanent mook jong quick and easy. The arms and quite sturdy, and have just enough give that they move very much like my wooden dummy. Granted, they don't feel like wood, of course, but they move similarly and are a great portable training aid.

I live in a small apartment. I have no room for a traditional Muk Jong. There were some all wood ones that I could make fit but would make the place look cluttered. This is modular. I can take it down to get it out of view, move it to another location or leave it all up and together. The pads are held up by very strong tape and velcro. I have it on the closet door and it doesn't make too much noise to disturb my neighbors. Now I can get back to my daily Wing Chun training.

This is a great cheaper alternative to the wooden dummy. I love the feel of the dummy arms and leg, and I'm surprised at how the punching/kicking pads stay stuck on the wall. However, I do suggest to the makers that they greatly improve the instructions to set it up as it took me ages. I ended up ignoring the instructions and doing it my own way. Also, there was no guidance as to how high to fix everything on the wall and how much space to leave between them.

The material of wood is okay, just some paint peel off from the metal ring.
