These are good for making candy. Easy to use and love the variety of flavors. The price is a but high but what isn't ??

The cookies and cream was pretty good. The cookie is crunchier than a normal candy bar. The birthday cake one was way too sweet, however, I made white chocolate macadamia nut cookies with it and it was wonderful. The plain white chocolate tastes just like regular white chocolate. I was really impressed with it. I love Lilys. They make it to where this diabetic can still have chocolate!

I bought the variety pack first. Here’s my rating and review for each bar:Cookies & creme: 5 stars! This one is my favorite (I just bought a 12 pack of them). I didn’t have a Hershey’s cookies & creme bar to compare it with, but from what I remember, the Lily’s bar didn’t taste much different from the Hershey’s one. It’s not always easy to make a sugar-free version of a popular flavor that actually tastes good!Regular white chocolate: 4 stars. This one was surprisingly good as well. I’m not a huge plain white chocolate fan, but I really liked this one. Tastes just like the added-sugar white chocolate, maybe even better.Birthday cake: 2 stars. I was super excited for this one, but was pretty disappointed. I can’t figure out what it is, but there’s a weird taste mixed with the “birthday cake” flavor. But if you like white chocolate and birthday cake flavor, it’s probably still worth trying. I’ve still seen a lot of people talk about how good it tastes.

I love these products I usually buy quite a few put them in the freezer and eat them when I’m craving. They have an excellent flavor. They came well packaged none were broken and I have a new stash to eat from.The flavors are delicious and there is a good variance in flavors. I enjoy this so you’re not stuck just having one flavor candy bar. This is a really good Stevia sweetened candy bar. I have bought this multiple times and will again.

Lily’s ha the best keto baking product. I use them as desserts themselves. When I was offer the white chocolate tablet with different flavor that all I wanted to tried. Sadly the waiting time it’s too much and finally there were deliver in my mail box. They were melted almost and I don’t know if the heat change the texture ( after I put in the refrigerator ) was sandy no creamy.Hopefully Lily’s improves these two thing as there are very little sugar white chocolates in the market.Sorry Lily but I don’t longer recognize your chocolates.

I love Lily’s chocolate bars but not these. And I eventually ate all of these because any sweet is almost better than no sweet. However, I found that the sugar alcohols used leave a funny aftertaste and some left me with almost a minty sensation. Of the three, the cookies and cream was the most appealing. I’ll be sticking with the chocolate versions.

These were all super tasty but it’s hard to just eat a partial bar so I often go back for the whole thing (which ends up nullifying the fact that they are sugar-free ). If you have any sensitivity to dairy, this is going to cause stomach upset. I highly recommend all of the Lily’s products. Very high-quality and tasty. I love all the new flavors of baking chips as well. Just tried the butter scotch and the peppermint for the holidays and they were phenomenal! I just wish cow dairy wasn’t an issue. Too bad they weren’t made with goat dairy!

I love these bars, the only thing I dislike is that they are not always available. I'm on the email alert and as soon as they are available I buy them. It's very well made, smooth and has no aftertaste! I always buy the variety pack because I love the three flavors equally.
