Does the Job
This works well, fine for the money. The adhesive hook did not work for very long but that was my fault so It gets the benefit of the doubt.

This is absolute quality, the setup installation it came with works great, extremely solid.. not sure if its even designed to be struck, but its phenomenal for slipping/rolling/etc for head movement... love it

Worked as expected
This one was for me. I spend time every day in my garage working out. I hung this from my garage door opener frame. I did add a more heavy-duty rope and a clip I got from the hardware store. Great for working on your boxing skills. Fun work out too.
