This is a wonderful product to help with sleep. I purchase it for my wife’s insomnia and it definitely helps her sleep. The aroma is light and the flavor is wonderful. A great value. Very hard to find at the store so thank you Amazon!!

FABULOUS!!!

I drink this tea every night as part of my nightly routine, and I have a hard time falling asleep without it. It doesn’t knock you out or anything, but I can feel myself start to naturally get tired 30 mins-1 hr after drinking it. I usually have a really hard time falling asleep (45 mins -1 hour after closing my eyes), but with this tea, I can fall asleep after 5-10 mins of closing my eyes.It tastes fabulous with the little bit of mint, and I love that the tiredness feels really natural. I’m so happy that I can buy in bulk from Amazon! 100% recommend for anyone needing a little help falling asleep at night!

It works as described. It helps you to drift off. It doesn't give you the hangover affect.I highly recommend.

This tea tastes nice and I like it with honey. But just be aware that it only contains 1mg of melatonin per tea bag, so depending on how much sleep aid you need, it may not be enough.

Makes me just sleepy enough to relax me before bed.

This is my wife’s favorite night time tea. It really helps her relax and sleep. I used to get this for $21-$23 a case but you know the drill…. They get you hooked on it because it’s so good and now it costs $32. This is no longer a value proposition tea, so if your not hooked good. But it’s so good your at the companies mercy. It’s hard to have a good nights sleep without it.It tastes good, smells good, and is great with stevia and a shot of honey.I hope they return the price back to what it was someday.
