Coming back to review this. The image is NOT what the vacuum is. I see this black ugly vacuum. Ours is the red one with a different look. Need to fix the image!BUTThis is great especially if you have hardwood floors. Very easy to use, light, easy to take apart to clean. They only thing is it takes a good while to charge the battery, but they battery will last a pretty long time.I use this more than my auto vacuum now. (Fake Roomba)

I will describe the product later in this review. First, I want to explain why one star. After approximately 10 uses of the device, the button that releases a brush from a brush motorized unit, broke. Well, sad, but it happens. I have tried to reach customer service for which the email address was conveniently provided in the shipment box. First message to them was delivered with no problem and they asked for a pictures or video. All following attempts to send picture or link were unsuccessful due to email being rejected by the host domain. This is when I started wondering – how big is the company that cannot afford a server? When approximately 5 or 6 attempts failed, I have decided to contact them through Amazon. A very nice and efficient technician helped me to establish communication. After that it became easier to send and receive emails but harder to communicate. I was sent a video where a person demonstrates how to insert the brush into not broken motorized unit. You insert one end of the brush into a hole and press another end into a holder. CLICK! The brush is in! This is all you need to do, ignorant customer! Easy-peasy! After this scientific demonstration I started steaming a little. I gave them an ultimatum, that if they don’t send me a replacement of the motorized unit (their claim is a life-time support for broken parts) I would report them to Amazon and leave a bad review. They immediately offered to replace the whole device, not just the broken part, but was asking me for my address and phone number, which I refused and offered them to go through Amazon. That was the end of our communication. I never heard from them since. I reported them to Amazon – which did not create any noticeable effect – and then gave them some curtesy time before posting this review.The vacuum stick itself is nice, light and convenient. The battery charge is about 30 min on normal and 10 min on turbo. There is a convenient indicator of how much charge left.Buy it if you feel lucky but do not count on any replacement or support if it breaks.

I love this, hit the suction button once to up the power, draws off battery faster but works best. Perfect for my hardwood floors and cat hair/dust bunnies, ect. I use it on my low pile throw rugs. Great for maneuvering around furniture. Comes with attachments, can be used like a dust buster. Have to empty the canister often if you’re not vacuuming every day (which I’m not), but it’s easy to do. Dust filters included, which is nice. Do my entire main floor, 1200 sq/ft, in 10 min, which is just about as long as the battery lasts on high. Charges in about 2 hrs or so. Buy if you’re on a budget, but it won’t completely replace a traditional vacuum if you have carpeting.***Not for super power Dyson level cleaning, people! It’s a bargain, so there’s some trade off there. Not for use on high pile carpet.

Full disclosure, I have a large dog that sheds and I was looking for something to help control the hair. I do have a Dyson V7 at my person home so that is my comparison.We ordered this OKP while we’re staying in an AirBNB to help with the dust and hair.The vacuum is really nice and comes with 3 extra filters which is awesome! It is light weight but seems to be a tad bit heavier than the Dyson. It maneuvers perfectly and I would guess that the battery life is comparable to the Dyson but the canister is a lot smaller. With the amount of dog hair I’m dealing with I empty often just to get the most suction out of it.The suction is a lot less than I am used to if your looking for those clean just vacuumed lines in your carpet I’m not sure this little vacuum is capable of doing that. For hard floors it works great! It does maneuver with ease and there are two different powers of speed. The best feature is the telescoping vacuum pole so people that are not average height can vacuum with ease.For the price this is definitely a good affordable buy!
