I know what you're thinking... Get it anyway!
Is this little tool expensive? Yes. I bought it with the understanding that I could return it, BUT within 30 seconds of using it, I got the perfect pop of relief in my SI joint that I've been trying to accomplish on my own for days!! SO WORTH IT IMMEDIATELY! Another review mentions a similar, slightly larger product that is half the price of this, but that was going to take over a week to ship, and now that I've actually used this, I think its smaller size provides more targeted relief. A couple times a year, I experience excruciating SI joint pain that makes it hard to do anything, and this little gadget just shot right to number one in my toolkit.

Don't hesitate, buy it now!
I really do not know why this got such low ratings but I can only imagine that people may not have the actual issues this product was designed to address. I've had this in my cart forever, read all the reviews, looked at similar products at a lower price and finally decided to go with this one. I basically chose this one over the other blue one due to the sizing. You need a certain size just to cover that area and if something is too big or too small for you it's just not going to work. I just received this today and got on the floor just to lay on it and I did some rocking without reading any kind of instructions and WOW my back feels insanely better. I have SI dysfunction and the relief that this thing brought me in minutes is incomparable to all of the other exercises, foam rollers, and belts I've tried. So personally, if you suffer from SI dysfunction like I do, I highly recommend you try this out! It's covered by FSA which is a huge plus but you can always return it if you don't like it. I hope this helps you and I hope you don't hesitate like I did and get yourself some relief sooner than later!!

How is it so effective?!
I’ve been experiencing SI joint pain for a while now from continuously changing diapers and it’s very debilitating. I didn’t have any faith this would work but I was willing to try anything. I received it yesterday and had no idea how to use it but based on the photos I gave it a shot. I’m speechless. The pain is gone and I have no idea why. How is this so effective? I’m gonna keep doing this forever. I feel great for the first time in 6 months. Buy this! It’s worth every penny.

WOW!!
I have had moderate to severe problems with my SI joint for well over the past few years. I tried doing exercises at home to no avail. I eventually went to PT with minimal improvement and lots of co-pays After doing research, I came across this pelvic clock. Research articles supported the exercises as well as this device. The reviews were also great. I know the device is expensive, but it is well worth it. The first day, I did 3 sets of all the exercises in the product brochure. I thought that maybe I was a bit better. The following morning, I thought I had better mobilityIn my SI joint and perhaps a little less pain. I continued to do the exercises, 3 sets of 10-15 reps. By day 3, wow!! Minimal pain and increased mobility! I could feel a difference going up and down the stairs and no pain rolling over in bed. I have been able to move better while working out at the gym. I can do more activity with less pain. I am not pain free…yet, but I am so much better!I was very hesitant to purchase this device because of the cost. I truly regret waiting so long to purchase the device! I highly recommend this! Finally, something that is giving me positive results!!

I didn't want to be old yet and so I tried this
UPDATE 4/4/21It's been over a year since I started my physical rehabilitation. I've come a long way. I've learned a lot. And I'm in better physical shape than at any other point in my life. I've still got some residual pains; some days I have aches, but most days I'm (almost literally) bouncing about like a roo. I sleep better, I have more energy, I feel better mentally. Most of that was just getting my core into shape. And the Pelvic Clock was a huge part of that, particularly early on when I was in the worst of my troubles. These days, I honestly don't use it that much. As other have pointed out: you don't need this to do pelvic clock exercises. This is only useful, really, for people with injuries and weakness: this helps support and guide your pelvis as you work at activating and using all those muscles that have probably atrophied.I can't recommend this enough for anyone who wants to improve or even maintain pelvic mobility and core strength, but has difficulty with the exercises. I especially recommend this for people on their own journeys of physical rehabilitation. For almost the first year of mine, I did most of my rehab on the floor, doing simple exercises, the Pelvic Clock being one them. (I binged all of ST:TNG, DSN, and most of Voyager in the process, which probably kept me on the floor longer than I needed to be!)For perspective, though, I should point out that I'm 41 now. That my weight has fluctuated over the years between rail-thin and a bit chubby – never ever really being in great shape, or at least actively and regularly maintaining it. By my mid-30s, I had let myself go. And then I had the souvenir hernia from my ancient appendectomy fixed and that became a bowel re-sectioning that gutted me pretty good. I was in bad shape and I never fully recovered. Until now. (But don't think it hasn't been a heck of a struggle to get here, even with the Pelvic Clock.)ORIGINAL REVIEW BELOW (2/14/20)Yes, it's an expensive chunk of what looks like plastic (I think it's actually a really high grade polyurethane), but ask yourself: "how much did I spend on my last chiropractor or massage visit?" Because if you use this correctly and routinely, you will feel the difference no number of chiropractic visits or massages could offer. It takes a while -- it may be awkward at first -- weeks and weeks and weeks, even -- but as you start to loosen up and work all those muscles that are normally on DEFCON 1 to protect your out-of-shape-blob, you'll feel where once was pain, the rewarding burn of muscle! May not cure you, but core strength, to which this will also help you develop, will never do you wrong.Between this and a couple other core exercises, a foam roller to loosen tightness, uses of ice and heat packs, and simply pushing myself to walk every day, I have turned around what I could have just as well let rot me away for the rest of my life.I started with lower back pain and sciatica. A few months on, I have a fraction of the back pain (and it still seems to be getting better every day!) and the sciatica is lessening in severity, too.
