These are cute and made decent cupcake toppers, but I only received 22.

I bought it for my nephew! He loved it!

Everything was great the only bad thing I can say is one of the toys his nose fell off but I glued it back on and no problems

I bought for party favors but like others mentioned, there were 23 figures. The quality is good and kids will like them, but even counting the platforms on a couple of 2-piece figures, I don’t have 28 pieces.

I bought these for my students and there were only 24 pieces and not 28 like it says on here :( Other than that it was pretty cool, my kids loved them.

I wrote the seller about not having 28 pieces. They told me that the figures sitting on blocks count as 2 and the black /white figure and flat base (not sure what it's called) count as 2. That's ridiculous; I feel like they are deliberately misleading the customer. Otherwise, they are cute and my grandson loves them.

Using as a Christmas advent countdown, but not all items arrived. 24 items came, description states 28 items! By the time the package was opened and we began the countdown, it is now too late to send back.

Wish they were more durable.
