Great coffee, wonderful customer service
I ordered the AlAqeeq coffee a while back . It was delivered by the post office to the wrong address . When the USPS couldn’t help me, the AlAqeeq coffee company just sent me another package at no charge . Wonderful customer serviceThe coffee itself is great, smooth with terrific aroma . I am enjoying it very much

Lives up to the hype and helps humanity
I've been subscribed to Al-Aqueeq for a few months now and I have been very happy with the decision each time. The beans are always roasted perfectly with an aroma that (as far as I'm concerned) speaks to the altitude and soil like few other beans. I've had it both French Press and drip brew and both bring out different and equally pleasurable cup (or in my case 2).Highly Recommend

Great flavor and aroma. A fine medium roast.
I made this the day I received it in a pour over. Its aroma is fantastic and the flavor is delightful and earthy.

WOW, SMOOTH & DELICIOUS
I served this Yemen coffee at my book club and everyone loved it. I am not a big coffee drinker, but this coffee was special and I can enjoy it without honey & cream. I will definitely order it again!

Rare coffee from Yemen
Coffee is excellent - special taste, nicely roasted. Customer service was fantastic. Most important fact is that this coffee is from Yemen and comes to your doorstep. It’s hard to get Real coffee from Yemen and this one is the real deal.

I was expecting excellent.
I was expecting excellent. After watching a TV program on Yemeni coffee claiming to be some of the best coffee in the world I just had to try it. Much to my surprise it just wasn’t my thing and that is just the way it goes. It probably has nothing to do with the coffee and more a case of what I like or do not like. However, I used the majority of it in Mexican coffee lattes that I create and it is excellent in that, but straight, it just wasn’t my thing. Good but only just. So you there you go...

Different experience.
Update 3/26/23. Received the coffee and gave it another try, this time it had a nice sweet smell like toffee/caramel with other pleasant aromas I'm not trained enough to identify. It is definitely different than most other varietals you can purchase from the big name retailers. It does cost more per unit weight, what I try to remember is this is a small business and without the same economies of scale compared to the large retailers.Update 3/3/23. The seller contacted me and offered a refund of the purchase. I appreciate the customer care they provided, and look forward to trying their product again. They offered to send me a sample to be able to taste their coffee at it's best.I first learned about Yemen coffee from a 60 minute segment discussing the unique characteristics of coffee from that region. After finding this coffee I was excited, only to be met with disappointment after brewing my first cup. The coffee had a harsh solvent like smell to it, and drank as bad as it smelled. Just to make sure I didn't brew it wrong, I tried it in a French press, pour over, and old school coffee maker. Each time the coffee smelled and tasted bad. I had to blend the rest of the beans with one of my regular go-to beans to finish out the bag. It was an expensive lesson, brewer beware.

Rich wonderful coffee
I have been buying this coffee for over a year. There is nothing on the market that compares to the depth of flavor it has. I have a nice burr grinder and a good drip coffee maker to hopefully make the best cup I can with it. Truly a pleasure. It's the best coffee in the world and that's not an exaggeration.
