C.K Magma MA2652 Technician's PRO Wheeled Case, Red

Being a self employed coffee machine engineer for nearly 25 years I have had various types of toolbags/cases supplied by employers and the last 6 years I've had Stanley Fatmax bags which have sort of sufficed but always seem to be not quite what I wanted or needed.This is 99% there, only other spec that would have made it perfect would be a shoulder strap, having said that, I've got all the tools I use regularly installed and it weighs a ton so not sure how my shoulders would hold out lugging this around.I've got all the spanners, screwdrivers, socket set and other tools I nearly always need , all laid out, easy to see and remove/put back and so far it is just what I was looking for. It rolls well when being pulled , the wheels seem sturdy, although I've only had it a week so probably not really enough time to say how long it will be before they no longer function or break. I'll update periodically to advise on how the bag/case is holding up.Good strong zips, like the grey and red and the slots for screwdrivers, cutters, smaller tools and spanners is perfect for me.If you are a technician/service engineer and don't like having to go back to your car or van cos you've lightened the load in your case/bag and need those tools you took out this is just the job.So far so good , based on my experience so far, good price and I can recommend this quality product.

Great service and fast delivery, Lot's of space for tools and paper work, smooth wheels, handle strong and easy to use, I like the plastic baes which is raised of the floor as we tend to work in wet boiler rooms. Very pleased

I had/have the older version without the wheels (MA2632) I used that every day for a little over 9 years and it’s still going strong. (Used as a field printer/copier service engineer)This wheeled new version is very very similar in look and materials used so hopefully it will last as long.There’s lots of storage although I have a few niggles. The 2x interior pockets within the main compartment are far to tight to get your hand in, this wheeled version is missing the pen holder bits underneath the main compartment lid which is a BIG let down and I can’t understand why CK omitted this.On the old version there were 2x pockets on each outer end of the bag yet the new version only has a pocket on one end even though there’s room for one on the other end which is puzzling.It’s a good bag but let down in a few areas, the ONLY reason I replaced my old bag (still nothing wrong with it) is because I carry that many tools the old bag was ridiculously heavy to carry around on my shoulder.I paid around £50 for the old MA2632 bag and £117 is more than I’d have liked to pay for a similar bag but wheeled although seeing as this used the same materials as my old bag and how well it’s lasted I thought I’d stick with CK Magma. Iron out my niggles and it’s a 10/10 otherwise I’d give the wheeled version a 9/10

I bought mine a little over 2 months ago, it doesn’t get heavily used and I don’t keep anything big in it, just some small spanner’s and general electrical tools. The bearings in both wheels have collapsed and the housings that hold the wheels have worked loose which causes the wheels the splay out to the side. If you’re looking for something sturdy and hard working I’d definitely avoid this bag.

Absolutely brilliant! Great bag, well made and perfect to carry tools I use on a daily. Definitely recommend this as a rolling bag.

Was fed up of rubbish doctors bags that don’t last. This is very heavy but I reckon will last much longer than the typical options

Lightweight and super strong with plenty of organisers for your tools

Excellent storage compartments, very well thought out. You really can't fault it!Except for one, the wheels. These are useless and hard work for regular use. Unless the ground is perfectly smooth or flat (which in most places it never is) it's hard work and catches the base of the bag and a real effort pulling it along. If the wheels were 4" & were made of a hard rubber this would eliminate the noise created by the small plastic wheels, remove much of the effort when pulling the trolley along & the bag would be then almost ideal. I would of been happier if they sacrificed a bit more of the large compartment inner space to still keep the wheels pretty discreet where they currently are, all be it elevated more off the ground so not to catch the base of the bag.Two, The other big issue is the handle height is not long or strong enough. Just another 6" or so and i would never catch my foot under the bag whilst walking it along. It's odd how these issues were not raised while testing the prototype. This is not a bag simply for using in an airport style environment, or only in office spaces. There are other environments needed to be travelled in order to reach a destination & these have not been taken into account, esp pavements,cobbled paths etc.Also as mentioned the inside pockets in the large compartment are not fit for small items as you will never get your hand inside to simply retrieve it.It's a pity, but I would of been happier to pay more for a better design.

AL pricnipio no me convencia, pero con el uso estoy muy contento. Tiene muchos bolsillos y estan muy bien dispuestos con loque las herrameintas son muy accesibles. Le quitaria un par de centimetros ed ancho por la parte baja. Las cremalleras y ruedas se ven buenas, a ver si duran. Me compre eta amrca porque usaba una mochilla anterior que me duro varios años.

Dans l'ensemble ça va, c'est ce que je voulais.Mais la fixation des roues est vraiment à revoir.Au prix du sac ça méritait franchement mieux.Voilà pourquoi 1 étoile car les roues sur ce type de sac c'est la base.
