Victorinox 6.7431 Swiss Classic Paring Knife for Cutting and Preparing Fruit and Vegetables Serrated Blade in Red, 3.1 inches

I got this product in a pack of two. I love using them because they are sharp and lightweight. Never any problems. I’ve used other knives over the years, including Rada paring knives, but these are the ones I always reach for. They make cutting up vegetables so easy. I think the little saw-like teeth improve the cutting ease. If I were to give someone a kitchen type gift, I would give them a couple of these knives.

I have found that all Victorinox knives are a superb value/quality proposition. This is now my 3rd, and I will continually replace with Victorinox as other knives get retired. Excellent performance for an excellent price. No b.s., no hype.

Got this knife by mistake. Meant to get the straight edge, presuming it must be better. But using this I see that it really is good. It is said that because most of the blade (being wavy) never touches a cutting board , and so the blade stays sharp. That does indeed seem to be the case. It is incredibly sharp. And if does wear out after 2 years, well get another.The handle is not as substantial as I would prefer, but still is plenty good enough.

been using these for decades, THEY ARE OUR GO TO KNIVES . you can probably use them for a year OR two even though they still cut..... WARNING.... WARNING.... they are VERY SHARP. DO NOT THROW THEM IN HOT SOAPY WATER THAN GRAB FOR A KNIFE..... DONT SAY I DIDN'T WARN YOU.!!!!!!!!!

used these for years and occasionally visitors throw them out when we cook out doors. super sharp.

What a great little tool in the kitchen. Slicing tomatoes is a breeze. I find myself reaching for this knife more often than not. Great value!
