Was experiencing leg cramps at night even though I drink almost a gallon of water during the day. Adding a small amount to my water has eliminated the leg cramps.Did some research and it might have been because of electrolyte imbalance from eating fewer carbs.This has a good amount of potassium(important electrolyte), it also seems like my body is absorbing the water better now.Also - no fillers or caking agents, just salt.Tastes good - although be careful using too much potassium.I use a half teaspoon in 32 oz of water.

This salt fits perfectly into our low-sodium diet. It has a strong salt flavor so a little goes a long way. The potassium chloride in it does not have the usual bitter aftertaste of plain potassium chloride. Just be aware that you will need to use a shaker or salt grinder because it doesn't have non-caking agents. Perfect for bread baking.

This shipment arrived in good shape. The zipper bag in which the salt is sold is of good quality and I expect that it will last without problems.The salt itself has a nice medium-coarse texture and dissolves readily in use. I’ve used it in a number of dishes and find it to be an excellent choice for reducing sodium intake, overall, with some reservations. Depending on what you are cooking, the high-potassium nature of the salt may or may not come out in the flavor. For example, when making bread, I found that this salt worked great as a 100% replacement for regular table salt. However, in a pot of chili, the metallic flavor notes of the potassium were quite prominent, and I found that it worked better to use half Aromasalt and half table salt. This still led to a 1/3 reduction in added sodium in my dish, but without the metallic edge to the flavor. So, overall, I’m very glad I found this product and will continue to use it in my cooking, at least as a partial replacement for table salt.

I needed to get my sodium down, so tried this. It's excellent, works in recipes and in a salt shaker. And it's far less expensive than comparable products. And my sodium is now normal! My doctor is happy!

I have had to cut way back on my sodium -- too much of it is in almost EVERYTHING -- and this product fits the bill when you don't want to use 100% potassium chloride in its place. The true test for me was sprinkling a tiny bit on a hard boiled egg, and in all honesty it tasted exactly like normal table salt. I buy no salt added products when possible, but when salt is needed for recipes or certain items, this is a great alternative! As a bonus, my kidneys are healthy and I recently learned through a blood test that I am low on potassium, so this is actually a positive in my diet.

Great taste, I cannot tell the difference to regular salt. I still use it like medicine because I'm on a low sodium diet. So what's the big deal? I can use it with a clear conscience.

At last I can have salt without having my ankles swollen at the end of a day. I found it a bit expensive.

Nearly everyone is not getting enough potassium in their diet, and so using "low sodium salt" is a way to make up for that, as potassium is used instead since it tastes salty. This has the added benefit of also lowering your sodium intake! Doing 2 great things for your body at once!Highly recommend this, it should last you quite a long time, the cost split over many months is almost nothing!

My husband and I like to use salt in moderation and knowing the sodium is greatly reduced in this salt is a real bonus! And it was promoted with very low/to no microplastics! It has a nice, delicate flavor.

This helped bring my blood pressure down.Highly recommended.
